@@vzim44 well for me personally use liquid chlorophyll, burdock root, dandelion root and milk thistle. I stay away from caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine is shaped like estrogen if you drink it, it is hard for a woman to flush out estrogen and make progesterone. Which us needed to carry a baby to term. And I take ox Bile. Which helps break down fats. I was diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar disorder. I am basics all the way healed. I also eat low fodmap. And stay away from processed foods. I am gluten free. Dairy reduced. Or only eat them on a Saturday.

I take "Pure Hawaiian Spirulina" right now...About 3,000 mg, or 3 tabs at a time twice a week..or if I feel I need it more I increase the dose
