Good info! My A1C just came back 5.8. Two things i dont do, 1-exercise, 2-Eat breakfast, but drink coffee instead. I only eat 2times a day. Also what foods have magnesium. And what should i eat more of? So the problem is not eating too much sugar? I dont want type2 diabetes. Do you have a more in depth video/info or does this cover it?

If not waiting too long to eat is a problem then why does intermittent fasting help reverse and prevent diabetes? Is the key being consistent? Also, diabetes has been reversed through a water fast. How does that work?
Intentional, well-planned fasting (and intermittent fasting!) can play a part in an insulin resistance reversal treatment plan, but accidentally skipping meals or going too long without eating can cause dangerous drops in blood sugar for people with blood sugar dysregulation.

Exercise only reduces the glucose but does nothing to unclog the insulin receptors unless it helps burn calories.
It is an important piece of the puzzle!

What about fat clogging the insulin receptors in the cells? Eliminating the fat from cells is critical. Carbs aren’t the problem!
Precisely! 🙌
This editing technique of constant jump cuts while the narrator is speaking is super annoying.
Thank you for the feedback, we will relay it to the team!
