    Please take care when you practice yoga by listening to your body. Here are some tips:
    Every body is different. Some people are naturally more bendy than others. Focus on yourself, it really doesn’t matter what other people are doing, as long as you are practicing responsibly that is what counts.
    Dull aches are generally good and a sign of the body opening. Sharp pains aren’t! Whatever the sensation, be mindful and don’t force anything. What’s the rush?
    Finally - learn to breathe well: allow the breath to be long and smooth rather than short and shallow. Life becomes so much more relaxed and enjoyable if we take the time to breath more naturally.
