Hia!!! This recipe is the GOAT! As a Ghanaian, I made this recipe today and it was bomb!!! I blended the peppers with vegetable oil because I couldn't be bothered to strain the peppers and it still tasted nice! I have attempted many ayamase recipes and this is the best of them all!! Osheyyyy. Thank you for not making Ayamase complex! It's so delicious
Im totally in love with how you present your content on UA-cam very professionally done, spot on and delicious. Cant wait to try this out! Had it once when i visited Lasgidi! keep soaring
Well done. I am encouraged to try this cos i've been shying away because I can't find green habenero pepper where I am. So green bell pepper and normal red atarado will do. Wawu!
Quick comment Kìkì .... The term 'Ayamashe'... how did the name come to be? Cos, where I'm from(Ikenne, Ogun State) .... We refer to the woman who sells ofada rice with this sauce as 'Ayamashe'.... As in 'Rice Ayamashe'. I always thought it was her name. But seeing the term 'Ayamashe' in your video title makes it seem unlikely. Thanks.
Thank you for pointing out the particular color of green ball peppers to go for. The former I made was so bitter and was wondering what the main issue was
Nice, but this isn't ofada rice right? U're making me salivate o,l cant just lick my screen,l prefer to allow the meat bring out it's water before adding water,it's tastier

This looks amazing. How much Iru did you use? It's not in the description box.
I think it is discretional. As you would like to see it. I personally like seeing it so I use 2/3 tablespoons
About two tablespoons. It really depends on how much iru you like.
Really love this recipe, thanks so much for this.

Infact I really love the way you this recipe so simple n easy , I have watched other ways of making this but this is top notch , thank you Kiki 😍😍
You’re most welcome. Happy you love it
This looks delicious but why did you remove the seeds???
It can make the stew bitter.
Thank you for pointing out the particular color of green ball peppers to go for. The former I made was so bitter and was wondering what the main issue was
Please what's the brand name of your hot plate?
Eishhh
Pls what s that blender called?
Please why did you remove the seeds? Is it to avoid it from being spicy?
Read somewhere, it makes food bitter or so
@@florenceessien4705 ohhh ok. Thank you
What’s Iru pleases?
Fermented locust beans.
Can you make this without iru?
Sure can.
Is this cassava leaves?!
Plantain leaves.
@@Bddb24 thank you
BTW, for AYAMASE, use Jalapeno instead of scotch bonnet to get that pure green color....YW!😊
Such a lovely recipe. Why is it important to bleach the palm oil? Thanks
That’s what gives it its unique flavour.
💃💃
