i love this sauce and I just learned how to bleach oil without stress. Looks so yummy, but I thought it's green scotch bonnet pepper they use? Did you wash the iru?
Thank you very much
Yes oh iru is the secret sauce 😋
Looks yummy

Make Banga soup(palm fruit soup and native efuriro soup (vegetable soup). Thank you.
Thanks sis. Pls can I blend my onion.
Can you use grinded ero(don't know the spelling)
This is more like a local sauce 😋 so yummy, the arrangements and preparations😊 everything went well 🥰
Can I blend ginger and garlic with the pepper?
What can i use in place of iru, locust Bean?
My mum always use the green peppers or sometimes mix with red
This locusts beans is the main reason why I don't like Ofada sauce😂😂😂😂 but I guess I will try it one day
❤❤❤
What else can be used to reach iru because we don't have that locust beans here
Great recipe...i grind my iru with crayfish, I don't like seeing the iru jor, lol
Can I make use of chicken
I want you to make gravy next time
Kayan ciki in hausa
How am I so in love with your video? 😊 Please I have few questions, firstly the Locust bean does it come in variant? Or it’s same they use for Okro? Secondly please how do I chop or roughly blend those peppers using my blender. The normal blender cos I do not have a food processor 😢
It's the normal locust bean used for okro.
You can use the pulse function on your blender, just pulse till you get the right consistency.
I hope this helps.
Top tier Yoruba stew
Madam, well done. But try and clean your shaki (trype) before cooking.. You will use very hot water to remove the black dirt and d it Will become white. Thank you
