My Naturopathic Doctor recommended it as the plant form is not absorbed. AVOID ULTRASOUND! Countries that use ultrasound as routine prenatal care have 3 times the stillbirths and four times the newborn deaths. I can relate. Meat has always grossed me out. When I was little I would barely eat meat. I would gag. Also even eggs. Now I can eat eggs almost every day, and I do eat some meat every day as well. In order for me to be able to eat it, it is important to not have any fat, veins, arteries, etc. Just the muscle meat only. But I also eat cheese, butter, etc. Tons of butter is the only way I can even eat vegetables. This channel seems to explain why.
      I don't know what you can do about the environmental brainwashing, but keep learning other perspectives. For instance, in a comment above, someone said that cows are better at digesting plants than humans, therefore, human vegan farts are worse than cow farts for the environment. Also, grass fed cows are not the problem. Corn fed cows are the problem. So if you eat grass fed beef, you can be assured it's better for the environment than you eating plants processed into fake meat.

    1)How is this minimalism? She uses so many different products because she can't eat just bread and cheese alone. In war and poor situations they just ate this and didn't spend money to buy fake colourful spreads to combine with their bread. And on the other hand buy the seed oil from JA which is the cheapest brand. But have a 1000 dollar blender. Minimalism my ass.
    2)Whoever made that fake greek white cheese is just making fun of those people and taking their money. Greek white cheese is called feta and the name is protected aka PDO. That is why they use fake names like white cheese or whatever, so they can deceive customers to buy their shit. You can imagine how many sells they would have if they named it fake cheese.
    From ingredients it is just coconut oil and starch. At least she, as a german, supports the greek economy by buying these products (even though I bet the company does not pay full taxes). She should also change that seed oil to greek olive oil. Better option.

    In most developed countries they also say "tap water is highly controlled and safe to drink" but you can find information that estrogen from birth control pills cannot be removed completely. Some towns use spring water as tap water but most of the larger cities don't have that option.

    • @Uhurisak
      @Uhurisak 3 роки тому

      @@user-km7td2zm2p It's the water cycle in cities. You flush your toilet, it goes to purification facility and they let the purified water back to your river system. New tap water is coming from rivers and then purified, however, there's always small amounts of medicine residues as it can't be 100% purified. Continuous cycle will make the rates higher in your local river. TLDR; if tap water if not from springs, it has always medicine residues and that means toxins.
