- Today, I install an AEM Wideband and Fuel Pressure X-Series gauge in the built motor Ford SVT Lightning Race Truck Build! The install was fairly straightforward, pretty easy, and came out looking good! Having at least a wideband is very important when doing mods, to keep an eye on your Air-Fuel ratio, and make sure your vehicle is running safe, and everything is as it should be!

I like the pod locations but being in Cali don’t need the extra attention from cops, going to install the gages on the black trim cover that sits on top of the trans tunnel. Keep them somewhat visible but out of sight from the outside.

There used to be a guy on the lightning forums who made the 2 and 3 pod pillar surrounds. I have the double version and have my J&S in one pod and my wideband in the other.
You may wanna look into a sct tuner you can put all your data in to like widebands and boost I’m using a bully dog gt with sensor dock for all my inputs and pyros.
Awesome even the professional work don't look as good as your work every thing you done since day one has been right on point the haters can't do it our they didn't think. Of doing it like that 😂

if you every have issues with those gauges you might look into aeroforce interceptor setups as well. setup looks great man truck is awesome looking and for those who think it doesn't shut yo mouths lol.
Looks great bro. How do u like the fail safe aem gauge? I was able to find a new 1 there hard to find.
I love the failsafe gauge, I wish they didn't stop making them! I wanted to get the wideband/ethanol content failsafe they used to make. Monitors your ethanol mix percentage so you can run mixed tanks, and your tune can adjust. But the wideband boost combo I have is awesome, two gauges in one
looks better than some pillar installs i've seen. how do you think one bank is going to differ from the other though? with the same fuel line and air? lastly, why not put the two redundants next to one another?
The wideband & boost gauge.....did that come with a sending unit for the boost gauge? And if so where did you mount it?
It's been so long I don't even remember lol. Pretty sure you just run a vaccum line ( i t'd off the stock boost gauge), and ran it right into the back of the gauge, if I recall right
@@DebtLife_Projects makes sense especially since it's not a stand alone boost gauge.
