    Get rid of neck pain and shoulder pain with this quick stretching routine that can be done anytime. A few minutes of exercise will provide relief for an achy neck and shoulders!
    What Causes Neck Pain and Shoulder Pain? Sitting at a computer (or iPhone!) all day with the head and neck in the same position leaves can cause neck pain and tight, stiff, and sore shoulders. But the computer isn't the only culprit: stress can add to the problem. When you experience high levels of stress, the rib cage can drop slightly, causing the shoulders and upper back to round forward into a slouch. If you are feeling anxious, not sleeping properly, or pushing your body to the max, you may suffer from neck pain and shoulder pain as a side effect of stress.

    This is perfect!! I have stenosis from C4-C7. I watched this before doing this. Should have known you would have the perfect neck stretches. Feels great with no pain. I avoid anything that deals with neck stuff. Never fear with Caroline Jordan!!

    0:15 " Movement is medicine". Thanks Caroline! I don't like taking pills. I'd rather relieve aches and pains naturally.

    I have arthritic pain and this work out elongated, opened ny neck and felt phenomenal. First neck exercise that I could do. So grateful I found you on the hurt foot video. Help there, as well (ruptured Achilles followed by surgery).

    This was amazing!!! Video suggestion- Could you to do a video on upper crossed syndrome… mix of yoga tune up and strength for back and opening up chest?

    All but the scarf stretch over and behind...I used to be able to do that, but...apparently not anymore! What's a good variation?

    I love your videos but your audio is very hard to listen to. So much echo. Please look for current technology for better audio. I do several sites for workouts and their audio is always so much more helpful for the workout.
