    Deep-fried fish fillet paired with sour, sweet, umami-filled and a light, spicy Thai Mango Salad. The combination of crunchy texture, balanced tanginess and aromatic fragrance whets the appetite easily for a quick, weeknight meal.
    This Pla Tod Yam Ma Muang dish is made especially for the weeknight meal. The fillets are bone-free, the mangoes are super appetising and the fragrance is just out of this world. Best enjoyed with some rice.
    Serves 4 adults.

    I would have to go very slow to slice a mango into strips like that.😅 You are good. I love peanuts, but not if they get wet. I would keep them on the side, but everything looks delicious. Thank you for sharing

      Hi @RC-yb5dp, oh, yes I agree! My speed was also really slow when I started when I was much younger 😂 This salad doesn't have too much liquid, so the peanuts don't get soggy easily. Still, it's a great idea to keep them on the side and sprinkle just as when you're about to eat. Happy cooking 😊😊
