@@Doughnutthanwarin in southern India we either sauté the florets after cleaning and chopping we call it "vazhaipoo poriyal" And it can also be fried in to crispy dumplings with lentil batter which we call "vazhaipoo vadai" The basic thing is preparing the florets you remove them in each row and you have to remove the central hard stalk (scientifically called stigmata) the one which is sticky and use the rest of the florets, chop them and keep them soaked in buttermilk till you decide to use them for the above mentioned recipes. You can look the recipes using the name. I'd recommend the "vadai" which is so aromatic and awesome to taste
Fica amargo demais, vc precisa abrir a flor e tirar o palmito. Depois você corta o palmito em cubos e ferventa mudando a água muitas vezes. Tem gosto de palmito, mas vc tem que saber fazer direito.
