Transformer the Movie is a movie. It counts. I think it's just how they're expanding the Earthrise/Seige line to fit more G1 tfs into it, but I'm fine with it, because they're giving these characters some special attention.
There's only so many hours in the day, and only so many designers to utilize those hours. I'm stunned that they have 3 unique lines running at the same time. They're basically trying to please as many fans at the same time as physically possible. They can't appease 100% of the Fandom at once. Hopefully this means that soon you too will get your time in the sun.
It's called "Studio" series. It's not exclusive to the bayverse even in concept so to be upset that a cartoon movie is coming out in the same series is misguided I think.
@@PerspectiveEnd Yeah. I mean I definitely think it's completely reasonable to believe the sole intention of the studio series was just the live action films, because "studio" usually implies blockbusters in the context of film, and they had only produced figures for the live action movies up until this point. I also think a line exclusively dedicated to the live action films would be appreciated in general, but they simply described the line as "Big-screen inspired" and technically the 86 movie did play in theaters so they are well within their rights to make 86 movie figures in this line. Although perhaps it may have been slightly misleading to the general audience. I think it's important, however, to separate our expectations from reality because what we expect will always be greater no matter what, and expecting something will open yourself up to unnecessary disappointment time and time again. I think people need to be more self-aware of what their relationship is as a consumer with the producers, and aware of how expectations and entitlement can damage that relationship. That being said, it is a bit jarring to suddenly have G1 in this line so I can definitely understand and sympathize with them being a little confused or off put at first.
I don't know if Rodimus Prime, a character that only had like 20 seconds of screen time is in the cards, but he is still important in his context so maybe.
I didn't say every one wins I said most of the fandom does, and there's no such thing as Unicron Trilogy fans, there are Unicron Dualalogy fans, because Enregon doesn't exist. Also there might be so UT figures soon, I mean they announce that prime for ever ago.
@@PerspectiveEnd NO, IT'S THE DUALOGY BECAUSE CYBERTRON IS ITS OWN UNIVERSE. SO IT IS A DUOLAGY BUT ONLY BECAUSE CYBERTRON IS NOT SAME UNIVERSE CHANGEMYMIND energon did exist.
That jazz and hotrod are a must have their just amazing and I thought that best jazz we would get would be rts and I thought that the best hot rod we would get would be the animated hot rod
Man what's with the Scowl on the Reveal the Shield Jazz. Did they not know what character they were making. Anyways I'm less excited for the hot rod, but I'm still looking forward to it.
My Studio Series are always absolutely gone at my stores. And there is the WWII flashback scene from The Last Knight where Hot Rod is in that scene. For me as long as the 86 Figures aren’t stealing spots from the regular studio series figures each wave I’m all for it. I’m for sure gonna have to pick up Jazz and possibly Grimlock. And funny enough I’ve always had a bad taste for Hotrod since he basically killed Optimus in the 86 movie. But this figure looks so good I feel like possibly picking him up. All it would take would be for me just to see him at my local store and feel the need to get a new TF figure and boom done deal.
I mean all that stuff is finally sold out here because it's been a couple months and Christmas but it sells so slowly around here. Getting the Jazz, gotta get the Grimlock, if there is a Grimlock I will buy it. That's not fair to put on Hotrods head, Optimus hesitated too, and he didn't even make that useful of a human shield. All Hotrod did was suck at fighting.
@@PerspectiveEnd true. But it’s still always sat kinda sour with me. And he was so dumb and annoying in season 3. But in the movie it’s a good coming of age story
Hasbro then: studio series is only for live action movies Hasbro now: correction, theatrical movies Hasbro next year: good news, we're expanding to video games
Here’s a theory of mine that I’ve been think about for a bit, my theory is after the war for Cybertron trilogy and the 86 lines end that will be last time in a while we’ll be getting g1 figures, because we’ve been getting g1 figures for over 10 years now since the beginning of generations and war for Cybertron is the last big hurrah for great g1 figures and opening the gates for new ideas and concepts for transformers like armada or animated that don’t stick with the same core concepts we’ve been watch over the decade and 86 is being used to sell other g1 figures that they didn’t have space for in kingdom so they’re using the 86 movie as an excuse to sell those figures since it is a transformers movie and studio series is meant to sell figures from the movie. And I kinda hope I’m right because I really to see new shows, movies, or comics that stray quite heavily from g1
While that would be interesting to see, I doubt that it will happen that way. I think we might see some branching out where they will hopefully give more of the fandom their time in the sun, but G1 is too much of a Proven money maker to abandon.
Come up with your own shit and stop leeching our Nostalgia then. Hasbro sure as hell can't because they would lose the copyright to the various names. Hell we only just now are starting to get decent versions of the characters.
If this make you happy i see theorys about the next generations trilogy and they say that Will be unicron trilogy specifically the armada because a proto armada Optimus prime toy that leaks
SS86 is a subline of Studio Series. It even has its own type of packaging and numbers. Hasbro did this to let us know that even if you dont like the Ss86 line, that wont affect the live-action SS one bit. We've already got SS Starscream, B-127 and Dino (finally!!!) on the way.
Animated had a good story and characters, but the Designs were so ugly, I'd be happy to see like Re-imaginings of the designs come out but if Hasbro doesn't have faith in them I can see why on a Design front.
I have never gotten anything out of the generations selects line, but if they did a heavy retool of the grimlock figure to look like how he did in fall of cybertron, I would genuinely pay top dollar. (If it's good)
The grimlock figure is fantastic, but I can't see how they would accomplish that, the two designs are so different, and the level of proportionality shift would likely make it impossible.
Here in my country, the shelfwarmers are the WFC stuff: Shockwave, Grapple, Astrotrain, Iromworks, Hoist, Brunt, Red Alert, Sixgun, Ironhide, Chromia, Starscream, Soundwave. Here Studio Series is what people go after the most
What's funny is I went to several stores today, and I noticed they must have OVERSTOCKED TO HELL AND BACK Iron Works, because at every single one there were like 10 of them, and none of anything else.
@@PerspectiveEnd Over here, its some of both. It's WFC Starscream, Grapple, Shatter, and SS Soundwave. There are so many of these at every store, its insane!
Astrotrain and Soundwave shelfwarmers?! Wtf is your country smokin? I've only ever seen one Astrotrain and it's the one I was lucky enough to get and there were multiple Soundwaves on the shelf when I got mine but I've never seen any since. I personally think WFC is the best line out and the show is equally as good.
Looking back at this video in the future and he’s completely right even now. I still see the fallen warming shelf’s. Also him getting mad about Hot rod being a voyager because of accessories is hilarious with further releases.
Great video dude, I liked that you used that scale from 1 to 10 to say which figure is best for you. I think they all look pretty good except for blurr. And for me, the one that strikes me the most is scourge, its robot mode looks very good and it looks the size of a voyager. But it's just my opinion.
@@PerspectiveEnd eh, i think g1 may disappear for a while to make room for other series, or maybe not, because earthrise is seen as "definitive g1 representations" by some, at least shattered glass is back
Everyone wins as in everyone involved in the scenario, I then followed it up by saying that this is the first time in a long time the majority of the fan base is getting attention.
You can get more information on TFW2005. Most of these figures already have reviews. Through scaling, Grimlock is going to be the largest WFC leader by a good margine (SS86 was created simply because Kingdom could not support all of these figures).
Why would anyone get mad about G1 figures? There are plenty of non G1 figures. Make new figures & characters, but keep the old, one is silver & the G1's gold lol
There are people upset because they feel like G1 is winning again. There are people who are upset, because they feel like their line is getting taken from them and being given to Geewunners. And there are people upset because the Geewunners are getting something they want. I of course disagree with all those reasons, but I do understand them, and sympathize with the first two.
Yeah, I don't care about blurr or wheelie they were just annoying characters even though I would identify as a G1 fan. There are enough figures being made to feed everyone's craving. I'm jut happy to see hasbro putting out some decent figures for a change. Earthrise has been a fairly good line so far. I pre-ordered the 86 Jazz & Scourage.
@@brianbane6199 It feels like Hasbro is finally listening at the WORST possible time. The Average American is in so MUCH financial trouble right now, I really hope they take that into account when tallying profits. I swear if they go "Oh it looks like no one wants any other stuff that G1 and the movies" I will lose my mind.
They never said it was only for the live action movies just that it was for the movies. That would be like saying Studio Series was just for the Bay films and not Bumblebee.
I thing studio series 86 is a good idea as it can get people who would not normally get studio series figures (geewunners) to give studio series a chance
Hey I'm not a Geewunner and I don't normally pick up Studio Series. You don't have to be a Geewunner to either think the Movie Designs are Hideous, or to just not care to pic up figures of characters you don't care about.
WW2 Hotrod was in the WW2 scene in TLK, also SS Blurr looks like a mix of James Charles and Jefree Star, also Hasbro really needs to get better at their promo pics lmao and if you want some good scale before figures come out I recommend lookin at Tonton's YT channel (they pay people to steal Figures off of the assembly line so he gets them super duper early) and SS Kup's face is.....moving on and that Scourge looks amazing, although to differentiate I plan on getting him as Scourge and continue army building the old Scourge also while Jazz looks amazing I heard that he's like 4.5 inches (smaller than Siege Sideswipe) although official heights have been listed wrong before so hopefully he's not that small ALSO some people have pointed out that SS Grimlock appears to be a remold of POTP Grimlock, and Hotrod looks amazing although yeesh....faux chest is kinda...lazy. Great video btw! Left a little like :)
I actually avoid Tonton, and PrimevsPrime because I like to go in with no expectations of a figure, other than the one's I've formed by seeing promotional pictures my self. Also I don't want to know how they Transform. I want to figure that out my self.
It's funny how the video that got me attention in the first place was me being negative and getting a bunch of hate for that, when I'm so positive about all this stuff. Anyways I'm liking the look of all of them, but Hotrod and Blurr are bot a soft like.
When it comes to the SS 86 im very intrigued to buy grimlock and also slug. Even though i already have the POTP dinobots because of their combining feature but i may feel conflicted having basically 2 figures of the same character. But the engineering is just beautiful on the SS dinobots.
Oh yeah! I have the studio series 86 Grimlock, and it is fantastic. It's just so good, definitely one of the best figure's of the year. The Slag isn't quite as good, it's still good but it has problems.
I think the main problem when it comes to the 86 toy line is just how many questions we have and how it feels like Studio series just stabbed WFC generations in the back with this. Like are we eventually getting G1 arcee and springer now, that are probably going to look identical to the WFC ones . Or how we’re getting a Kingdom Cyclones, but we’re Getting a studio series Scourge, does this mean people will have to buy both to complete the set? Will the WFC and studio series scale well with each other, we don’t know
I mean why would you not buy the figures from both lines if you are trying to complete a movie set? I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be the same line, and it's just shenanigans that caused them to be split into the other two. And I don't know that we will see a New Arcee, or Springer. As one the Stuidio Serries 86 and WFC lines are clearly intermingling, and WFC just had a Springier and An Arcee. And two the Siege Springer is basically perfectly screen accurate.
@@PerspectiveEnd can confirm, due to kingdom and bw they split the line into two. this also sorta helps as its the 35th anniversary of the g1 movie as well
how does the decision of putting G1 styled figures in studio series "stabbed" the WFC generations line in the back? If anything I find it to be very helpful as I can see many studio series collectors getting these 86 figures and finding these G1 styled upgraded figures really enjoyable and fun. In a way I see putting 86 movie figures in the studio series give a somewhat promotion to the WFC series
SS86 is a way for Hasbro to include the 1986 movie along with the other TF films, and give us more great G1 characters that we won't get in WFC. And given that the SS and WFC figures scale very well with each other, its a given that SS86 and WFC will also scale well together
Damn Even I can't understand it at that pace. I can only listen to these videos at plus 50% speed and still understand what I say. And I'm Me, the person who said it.
1:38 I actually kinda like movie Soundwave (even if in Dark of the Moon, he just stole Shockwave's whole shtick). I just don't like his non-satellite mode so I didn't get the toy
And here i just sit waiting for the Armada Optimus prototype to finally get released and maybe Hasbro starting doing some justice to Unicron Trilogy fans, mainly it's first part.
@@PerspectiveEnd i mean, they do, but let's face it, Armada designs are most iconic of those three, and we already got "Cybertron Optimus Prime" in Siege as a leader figure.
@@PerspectiveEnd i wouldn't be surprised. I also have to be honest, I haven't seen Cybertron yet as well, i think Armada works alone better, because it gives more gravity to plot and to the finale.
@@bytisoli To be fair the serries was never meant as a trilogy, that was something we just pretended they were over here. In Japan they were just three separate shows.
@@PerspectiveEnd I'm interested in Rodimus & Jazz but I think Hasbro really Overcharges these days for alot less. Like look at Hotwheels they are still $1. Deluxe Transformers are so much less quality then 15 years ago for Double & Tripple what they used to Cost but consumers just never put their foot down.
"Beast wars, G1 and movie fans are getting toys of characters they want. Everyone wins!" *Cries internally in UT fan* Now bad jokes aside, I do understand yer issues with the Blurr. I got the Legends one and SS86 looks like a bootleg of him. Also, while I too am not a Scourge fan, I do have every generations figure of him (With maybe the titaniums the only exception), and I hope this guy continues the trend they have of getting bigger with each release. Which I find hilarious since I wanted to use the Botcon as my Scourge, and his Sweeps tower over him. :P
@@PerspectiveEnd You don't know the Shattered Glass lore do you? :P The SG versions of Nova Prime, X-Brawn, and Checkpoint (w/ his Autotroopers) are their version of Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge respectively.
Why do people hate the Reveal the Shield Scourge so much? He had an aweosme alt mode and a great transformation, that wasn't just him wrapping his wings around himself to turn into a bath tub.
I've never heard anyone hate on Reveal the Shield Jazz, but he is a Figure from a decade ago, and he doesn't exactly hit the perfect mark. Jazz doesn't have door wings, and the RTS Jazz just looked more dower then a Jazz should be.
@@PerspectiveEnd Jazz's toy did have doorwings. And even if it didn't, I'm not opposed to them taking some liberties, these characters get reinvented over and over again.
@@HiperPivociarz Jazz's toy did have doorwings. Jazz how ever is not supposed to have them, and Jazz is probably the Most Impotant character to get the least figures. Reinventions of the characters is fine, but there has yet to ever be a Jazz that looks like Jazz is supposed to. So it's nice to not be getting a reinvention for the first time.
I an owner of an 86 blurr figure am proud to say it's a masterpiece the windshield doesn't fold in at all and it's not a retool it's a completely different figure than the titan's return blurr and the transformation is just top notch amazing and that's my opinion on blurr
I'm glad you like it, I do too despite it's oddness, but my guy it is ABSOLUTELY a retool. It's the exact same transformation skeleton with minor changes here or there. I'm pretty sure I said as much in my Review of the Figure.
I dont like tge current fact that getting an 86 grimlock can cost around as much as getting a gigapower superator AND sometimes the superator is cheaper. And for some frick reason, nobody has made a Ko of it. THERES KOS OF LEGACY TARN BUT NOT 86 GRIMLOCK?
Yeah it's frustrating they haven't re-released the original yet in the normal colors. If you want it you gotta get it in some weird off paint job right now.
Super excited for the Grimlock and Jazz, can’t wait for them. I have been trying to get my hands a good Jazz for awhile now (all I have is POTP Jazz) and that new Grimlock looks fantastic, the rest aren’t really doing it for me and I’ll probably skip out besides Hotrod.
I'm going to get all of them, if I have to subsist on bugs I find under the couch to afford them, but yeah the Jazz and the Grimlock are the Stand outs.
@@PerspectiveEnd lol yeah I get it, downbeat was a little too expensive for me and masterpiece Grimlock was not quite my tempo, so it was nice to see a good g1 styled Jazz and Grimlock in retail prices.
i dont mind faux forming unless if you can see the part the faux forming peice is supposed to be somewhere on the body. like the new masterpiece bumblebee, his chest looks like the top of a compact Volkswagen beetle but on the back you can clearly see the parts that are the faux forming chest is trying to imitate.
It bothers me because it cheapens the transformation, and I know that it exists, and I question why this being would have a part of it's biology that just looks like another part of it's biology just so it could look a different way sometimes.
All of the figures you saw shelfwarm I find for cheaper than a modern deluxe. Also, there was a different Soundwave and the first film's Bumblebee in the same wave as the sisters and WWII Hot Rod, but both were actually scalped hard compared to them.
I'm kinda upset about it, because, let's face it, Siege was G1-ish, Earthrise was total g1 and masterpiece? Most of them are g1 G2 other from Beast Wars deserves some love as well, i mean, how long is it since we got Armada figure?
G2 isn't actually Beast Wars. That's still G1. The confusing thing about G2 is it kind of doesn't exist. G2 was just what Hasbro was calling repaints of G1 figures in the 90s. I've always personally considered G2 to be the Hot Rod years, but then the whole franchise up to Armada was G1. I think the problem with getting armada figures again is that the show was directly based on the toys. So the toys at the time were already almost exact representations of characters. I always feel that the show should make the characters look better than the toys, to give future designers something to strive for. But I wouldn't be opposed to some Armada Love.
@@PerspectiveEnd i understand all the points, but with 2002 toy engineering, there is much to be desired. Plast quality surely wasn't best, paint, as I've seen, wasn't that good as well and some of those designs were just gloryfied bricks or just mess with lousy proportions. I, for example, like Armada designs, because they interpreted kibble in a good way through both modes and it made often upseting part of figure one piece of it's distinct design. I hope Optimus, who's prototype have we seen already, will get released, because he's perfect example of how Armada ressurection should look like - just like with g1, proportions, poseability, overall material quality and transformation improvement of already good designs.
For me it will always be Grimlock. There's no way I can pass on a Grimlock. And then I'm going Kup over Hotrod. Hotrod is a Fauxformer, that's a mark against it, I don't have one of those for Kup.
The images for SS86 Jazz still don't convince me to get the figure. I hope that he is another case of "figure looks meh on stock photos, but in hand the figure is great" At least we know that he is going to be so much better than whatever POTP Jazz was.
Personally I think hotrod’s fake chest in a necessary evil, in the movie in the alt mode hood and robot mode chest are very different shapes, unless hasbro could pull off some mass shifting witchcraft, it would be physically impossible for the alt mode hood to become the robot mode chest and look right
I think his chest could so some hinged folding to reach that shape, it'd end up a little pannel gappy in car mode but it might be doable. I'd like to see them try at least.
@@PerspectiveEnd I feel it could be done like that that, but it would look a bit awkward, I would much rather have faux parts that make the figure look better, than have a repeat of transformers prime deluxe knockout
So right about SS shelfwarmers. Bayformers fans complain about not getting new additions yet literally don't buy the figures. But Hot Rod is genuinely one of the best-looking Transformers figures in years. I don't understand the problem at all with faux parts; people complain about figures looking bad in one mode or the other or both, yet complain about faux parts. If a figure looks killer in both modes, there's no problem at all.
See I'm one of those people who value Transformation Very highly. For me 1/3rd of the figure is it's Transformation. Fake parts feels like cheating in the Transformation and it also feels silly. Like biologically, why would this character have a fake car hood for a chest if the real one shows up some where else? Ultimately I think what it comes down to is it feels like the Designers cheated, and you feel complicit in it when transforming the figure for it, and when you Value Transformation highly then it's a big flaw to you.
Do you know that the 86 movie had the entire star wars cast in it hotrod was luke Skywalker , springer was han solo , arcee was princess Leia , kup was Yoda , galvatron was Darth Vader, unicron was palpatiene , optimus prime was obi wan Kenobi, and megatron was Anakin skywalker
It was hard to miss the Leia hair, I nver quite feel in line with the Springer Han Solo bit, it just never even remotely felt right to me. Kup was nothing like yoda. Blurr was obviously C3P0 though.
@@PerspectiveEnd these characters do not have the same personality but they have similar role just like how luke Skywalker spends most of empires strike back with yoda for his jedi training hot rod spends most of the movie with kup where he tells him about rules and experience same can be said for springer his personality is not like han solo but his role is kind of like han solo
If they ever make a studio series 86 optimus and megatron I just hope they atleast make new molds and not make them retools of the earthrise or siege ones And make megatron a gun again. Oh and also make it so optimus can use megatrons arm so he can do the skybound funny

it kind of sucks that hasbro puts all their focus on g1 nowadays, wouldn't it be cool to see new chug style versions of designs from the unicron trilogy, RID 2001, and beast wars, maybe even add some more obscure series into the mix like generation 2 and machine wars. but to be fair all these series did get noticed in some way at some point in time -chug versions or armada hot shot, starscream, and megatron were released -siege galaxy force optimus prime and an armada prime figure coming soon -a majority of characters from the machine wars toyline had chug style figures through botcon (but they were all recolors and hard to find nowadays) -beast wars is making a comeback with cheetor appearing in cyberverse, a new IDW beast wars universe was launched this year, and kingdom is coming up -generation 2 got noticed, and hasbro made chug versions of dreadwing, G2 smokescreen, and almost every g2 version of optimus and megatron, not to mention the g2 figures that were sold through botcon like pryo, clench, rapido, etc -characters from RID 2001 got some new figures

I'm honestly fine with the SS86 stuff being there and aren't as angry as some people who wanted the whole line. But the excuse that they're running out of ideas for figures is kinda dumb. AoE and TLK exist, people. Especially AoE needing some desperate updates for figures. Especially Prime, Galvatron, that Bumblebee, Hound, Crosshairs, and maybe a new car Drift? Just kind of a shame that they say they're "running out of ideas" yet you have 2 movies left to do dickheads. But yea, i'm gonna pass on these. My wallet shrieks in agony as well. Wouldn't the AoE bumblebee, just be the same as the TRILLION other Movie Bumblebee figures. Like his design basically never changed unlike Optimus's.
@@PerspectiveEnd Well, the two had pretty major redesigns in AoE, especially optimus clearly. But we never got a proper in-scale Prime, that old bumblebee deluxe was pretty innacurate to that weird design, Drift needs a better car mode figure along with hound in general for his military truck alt instead of the hummer(?) alt we saw him in in TLK, since compared to now that old voyager is pretty shite, Crosshairs needs a better figure as well, and Galvatron especially needs a new toy considering how much of a shellformer the OG one was. Although I was alright with that fsr. And not to mention we have yet to finish off the other 3 movie dinobots Strafe, Scorn, and Slag, which most people have been BEGGING for since, why were the old ones deluxes?! Proper big ones please! Not to mention for TLK, a Daytrader, Mohawk, Onslaught, and Dreadbot all of which never had proper mainline toys. A better Prime and Megatron (the old figures were fine say for the pretty crappy and sparse paint) proper Infernocus, better Quintessa unlike the one that came with that Infernocus, maybe a Nemesis Prime if they wanna repaint the AoE figure they do into that, etc. Plus do some redos like Barricade, maybe another Bee, Hound, Trench, and a couple others. They have loads more they can do. Plus, Crosshairs for his TLK C7 Stingray as appose to the normal Stingray in AoE.

I think the Dinobots and blaster have a good chance because the 86 figures have one thing in common, that is they had bad bad representations, so blaster and the dinobots have a pretty good chance, arcee maybe but that has been filled by kingdom and earthrise.
Yeah I don't think we are getting a new Arcee but I've been hearing reports that we are getting a full set of Leader Dinobots so I'm really hopeful that's true.

(I had a pottymouth) as for the older audiences, they would be very displeased by the lack of engineering. If anything, if anybody wanted to display a satellite soundwave, they could A) do a fan mode. It's called "Studio" series. It's not exclusive to the bayverse even in concept so to be upset that a cartoon movie is coming out in the same series is misguided I think.
I think it's misguided, but I'm sure that particular logic will be unconvincing to people upset by this.

In a way I see putting 86 movie figures in the studio series give a somewhat promotion to the WFC series
SS86 is a way for Hasbro to include the 1986 movie along with the other TF films, and give us more great G1 characters that we won't get in WFC. And given that the SS and WFC figures scale very well with each other, its a given that SS86 and WFC will also scale well together

i dont mind faux forming unless if you can see the part the faux forming peice is supposed to be somewhere on the body. like the new masterpiece bumblebee, his chest looks like the top of a compact Volkswagen beetle but on the back you can clearly see the parts that are the faux forming chest is trying to imitate.
It bothers me because it cheapens the transformation, and I know that it exists, and I question why this being would have a part of it's biology that just looks like another part of it's biology just so it could look a different way sometimes.
@@PerspectiveEnd ah i see where your getting at
All of the figures you saw shelfwarm I find for cheaper than a modern deluxe. Also, there was a different Soundwave and the first film's Bumblebee in the same wave as the sisters and WWII Hot Rod, but both were actually scalped hard compared to them.

If the 86 line is filled with toys inspired from transformers G1 1986, does season 3 of G1 also count?
unfortunately not it’s only the 86 movie
@@finlayyyyy dam, i really thought we're also getting protectobots and aerialbots due to it being in season 3 on 1986
I'm kinda upset about it, because, let's face it, Siege was G1-ish, Earthrise was total g1 and masterpiece? Most of them are g1
G2 other from Beast Wars deserves some love as well, i mean, how long is it since we got Armada figure?
Im conflicted on getting kup, grimlock, or hotrod lol
For me it will always be Grimlock. There's no way I can pass on a Grimlock. And then I'm going Kup over Hotrod. Hotrod is a Fauxformer, that's a mark against it, I don't have one of those for Kup.
We now need as predacons rising
I don't see that happening any time soon. Though who knows the next line is supposidly Prime and Armada Themed.
I’m I the only one who thinks that we could get some prime predacons rising figures in the studio series line
I mean it wouldn't surprise me too hard, the only issue is what would the Remold to be who?
sorry about those two comments. My brother went on it and typed those for a joke I think. I'll delete them
Which ones?

@@aryavs430 Oh the one where I was asked like "Yeah right you went to Walmart."

The images for SS86 Jazz still don't convince me to get the figure. I hope that he is another case of "figure looks meh on stock photos, but in hand the figure is great"
At least we know that he is going to be so much better than whatever POTP Jazz was.
I think the posing for the Jazz in the pictures sucks but I'm thinking the figure it self looks great, the spitting immage of Jazz.
@@Cent_Reviews Oh no. Nothing. Nothing, like that. Stuff would just change shape a little. I'm not thinking such dramatic nonsense like that.
Reveal the Shield Jazz was a great toy.
Never had one, so I will have to defer to your expertise.
I've literally never seen any Bayverse figures in stores since 2020

-chug versions or armada hot shot, starscream, and megatron were released
-siege galaxy force optimus prime and an armada prime figure coming soon
-a majority of characters from the machine wars toyline had chug style figures through botcon (but they were all recolors and hard to find nowadays)
-beast wars is making a comeback with cheetor appearing in cyberverse, a new IDW beast wars universe was launched this year, and kingdom is coming up
-generation 2 got noticed, and hasbro made chug versions of dreadwing, G2 smokescreen, and almost every g2 version of optimus and megatron, not to mention the g2 figures that were sold through botcon like pryo, clench, rapido, etc
-characters from RID 2001 got some new figures
I'm going to fight you on RID 2001. I have no idea why anyone would want that one back, and the toys already looked just like that one's show.

AoE and TLK exist, people. Especially AoE needing some desperate updates for figures. Especially Prime, Galvatron, that Bumblebee, Hound, Crosshairs, and maybe a new car Drift?
