yeah you can! Use Lemon juice with 1-2 tsp of sugar :)
I can make it taste just like limoncello without using limoncello.
What happens with the left over syrup & cream? I wouldn’t waste it…..
We followed the instructions explicitly and the cake did not turn out as we expected. So sad! My granddaughter felt as if she was taking taking shots at a frat party, it was so strong…bitter and we purchased the best Lemon Cello available…again, so sad as I waited for her to visit to try this project…so disappointed.
