! I had preterm loss due to weak cervix with twins around 26 weeks in July 2022 I was also having barixton hicks from 18 week in my first pregnancy Now am 6 week pregnant no bleeding no spotting no backache but I feel some sort of bloating feeling on & off which lasts for few seconds when I lie down only on right side of lower abdomen I am not constipated Is it a irritated uterus or something am losing my mind as I already had a loss before my OBGYN says one can’t feel irritated uterus at 6 weeks but u get this weird air blowing pressure in right pelvic area
I'm so sorry for your loss, but congrats on the new pregnancy x Pregnancy comes with a lot of changes in the body as hormones fluctuate and tissues stretch, which can cause twinges here and there. Sometimes it's really difficult to say exactly what twinges could be, but if you've been cleared by your OBGYN then I'd take some comfort in the fact that they've likely ruled out anything to worry about. Hope this helps!
I only have groin pain in my bikini area. Mine just gave me sore inner thigh muscles. I tried soaking in epsom salt. Did not work.😢 Epsom salt always works on my sore muscles. I guess ligaments don't corroborate with epsom salt.
If it's inner thigh pain, it could be pelvic girdle pain instead of round ligament pain. You can find more information here which may be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/_zE6h7BSnKg/v-deo.htmlsi=S-e6zQ_cG68qlNeH. I found that movement made the biggest difference for my pain.
Me too after sneezing and now i am in 9 weeks and its now stays with movements at right side of my waist on upper hip my obygn said to take cyclogest vaginally till 12 weeks but i used that for 7 days its has no effects on this pain so i stop using it
Im 9 weeks and I've been feeling these slight sharp pains on the sides of my belly. Especially when I suddenly move, it's like it punches me 😂 😂 😂 good to know it's ligament pains
Congrats in your pregnancy! I'm sorry to hear you're in pain. If gentle releases and movement don't help, and if you're still worried, seeing your doctor may provide some peace of mind.
Hi Grace, how did the pregnancy go and how did you handle the pain throughout? I am asking for my wife we are in 3rd trimester 7 months, thanks in advance
@@tshwadyk1940 yea the excise really help I will not lie and my pregnancy went well and I have my son the advice is that she need to take this excise seriously it will relief alot
Usually it's worse in the 2nd trimester, and for me it ended up disappearing in the 3rd. It's different for everyone, but hopefully these tips will help!
It really isn't great is it? But there is an end in sight. And if you are worried about anything, please to chat to your overseeing doctor or midwife for peace of mind!

Is it normal to have it start in the 3rd trimester 😭 I think these kicked in later
It varies for different women, but definitely possible!
Mine definitely started since 33 weeks and happens here and there. Right now, it hurts
gently message ur belly only with olive oil. its magical fr dis pain
That's a really good tip!
Can you get these pains at 8 weeks ?
Possibly, everyone is different!
Cannot see exactly which area massage is done. So it's recommended that the video playing backward should b on the main screen
Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep that in mind for future videos! You can do it in a diagonal from your belly button to your hip :)
I am having this at groin, not on stomach, can it be only in groin?
If it's more in the groin, it might be pelvic girdle pain. You can find more info here: ua-cam.com/video/_zE6h7BSnKg/v-deo.htmlsi=VCYWorKjD4RY6fCM

It's always best to confirm with your doctor, but I don't imagine they'd have any negative effects on fibroids.
