This video is literally the only stretch/workout pregnancy video that I keep coming to. It’s easy and stretches me in all the places I need it with the extra weight of this baby pulling on me as well as just being tight in general from going about life. I love these stretches and have started venturing out into more workout based ones but when those seem to hard I just come back to this and I always feel so much better when I complete this video. I pray all the mamas and soon to be mamas out there are feeling healthy as much as possible, sending prayers for anyone struggling bc phew pregnancy knows how to humble a person 😂❤
I agree this was surprisingly challenging but short so I can do it at least once or twice a day. Plus it helped the ligament pain- before I did this video I felt like I got punched in the fupa 😂😂😮💨🫠
First time mom 15 weeks pregnant now….Been having severe round ligament pain all today. Thankfully nothing is wrong. Your video helped me so much. Thank you for making this. I will be doing on a daily basis throughout my pregnancy! So grateful to have found this video.
So glad I’m not the only one that is having this so early on. I’m 17 weeks and my OB provider told me to search for this content creator specially. She’s shared books, podcasts, and so many terrific resources! This will be a big help as this is pretty much my only symptom that’s bothered me so far. (Lucky me)
Finally some exercises that don't hurt, thank god!! I was in pain for 4 days and I couldn't get out of bed in the first two, I even skipped work once because of how bad it was. And then I did these for the last 2 days in a row and my pain was finally gone. I did have to do them two times a day for quick results and now I just keep doing them because I noticed that they're helping with the back pain too and they also feel really good, especially the second one. 😂 I wholeheartedly thank you for this video and I wish you all the love and good luck in the world, I really don't know what I would have done without your help.
I'm so glad I found this! I'm in the 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy and I'm more baby than belly and i been feeling torn apart. TBH, by the time we got to the 3rd stretch, i started to cry because of the relief. Thank you for this!
At 26 weeks, at the end of a great, pain-free, high-energy second trimester, I started getting intense ligament pain and a huge amount of pressure throughout my entire stomach and upper abdominals. It was debilitating-I felt like I could hardly move, and I'd been exercising daily up until that point. I found this video and did these stretches twice a day for about four days, and the pain relief was incredible. It was the only thing that helped. By the end of the fourth day, the pain had subsided enough that I could start integrating my regular workouts again. I think I'll continue to start my morning with these stretches throughout the rest of my pregnancy. Thank you so much!
I have the same pain at 22 weeks pregnant. Tightness in lower ab area, sometimes upper ab area. It started at 18 weeks. Can't walk a lot or stand up for more than 10 minutes. Will try these exercises see if it will help
Omg I can’t thank you enough i was in so much pain i had so much pain in my lower back and hips and I couldn’t even sit or sleep peacefully after doing this workout im literally laying in my bed painfree and I feel like I’m dreaming thank you so much ❤❤❤
The ligament pain started at 19 weeks. Felt so much pain especially at night that I couldn’t sleep much. It lasted from evening till the next morning. After doing these stretches, I felt relieved and I could sleep. Thank you for the stretches. I will incorporate this daily.
This helped me so much! I had a pain from sitting down and getting up too fast, and the ache lingered for a few hours. A few minutes into these stretches and I felt all my muscles relieve. Thank you, thank you!
This was AMAZING!! Im 18 weeks first time mom and woke up this morning to concerning ligament pain. I feel so much better after only 10 mins, def doing this every morning!!!! Thank you!!!!!!
Thanks for leaving your encouraging review! I'm 18 weeks and also a first time momma. My pain seems to last for hours, but I just learned today via YT is that it's because I've been moving like a regular, non-pregnant woman 😂. I need to move like a sloth and do these exercises. Thanks for the hope! Doctors just told me to take Tylenol and it was NOT cutting it.
I really thought this would be bs but omg this relieved my ligament pain so much just a few hours after trying it for the first time. I’m definitely incorporating these daily to help 😊 thank you so much!!!!
Im 12 weeks in and started experiencing round ligament pain a couple days ago, decided to do this routine preemptively today and i feel quite comfortable! Thank you!
Im 20 weeks on a very long trip ( 3 different flights) and i was in so much ligament pain and right after doing this, my belly is not hard anymore or in pain! Oh my god, im gonna watch you every single day! Thank you so much 💗
This stretching video helps me so much! I started experiencing round ligament pain at the end of my first trimester and I had no idea what was going on. It's been hard to find resources on stretching to combat this pain, until now. Your video is a lifesaver. Thank you!
I’m 27 weeks now, almost 28 and wow this video is great! I feel so tight in my hips and pelvis but this helped. This is a great go to for relaxation as well as exercise prep
First time I experienced round ligament pain at 25 weeks. It was so tight and sharp, I was nervous and worried for my baby. His response was lots of kicks and rolls 😂 which ease my nerve but increase the pain. This stretching video truly helped me relief the pain 😊 thank you!!!!! ❤
First-time momma and I found this when round ligament pain circled back for the second trimester at 23 weeks. 2 sessions in and already feeling the difference in my ability to move! Plus, baby likes the downward dog position!
Thanku so much for the wonderful video. My pain in the stomach was just gone after this routine like a magic. However the groin pain still prevails. God bless you for helping us such. My words are just not enough to thank you.
I'm definitely going to try these after work, I'm a couple of days away from 18 weeks and the ligament pain snuck up on me while I was sleeping. Definitely feeling it more now than I did early in my pregnancy.
My wife is now 39 weeks with ligament pain. She couldn't do all the exercices but she feel relieved so thank you so much! Also, what is the color you used on the wall, it looks great with the white trims.
This back pain & round ligament pain is no joke! This is no picnic or walk in the park. Definitely not fun & games. I can’t until it ends. The pain is unbelievable & unreal.
I'm 35 about to be 36 and will be in the third trimester soon. When I asked my doctor about ligament pain yesterday all they suggested was a belly band. I was about to do these stretches but saw that you shouldn't if you're high risk or at risk for pre term labor. The doctor never advised me of any risks but since I'm older should I avoid?? I will ask my doctor but just wondering why anyone elses experience was.
Hi! I am not aware of any risks of preterm labor with any of these stretches. However, I would defer to what your provider recommends for you! Every woman is different, of course!❤

thanks my doctor just told me yoga and going to a chiropractor are safe@@laurenfitterfitness
Is this safe for those like me currently at 25 weeks? :) I have so much pain in my back and legs.
Yes! I also have playlists of workouts for each trimester, too! ❤
@@laurenfitterfitness Thank you! 🥰 I need something to help me stretch and this is perfect ❤️
36 weeks with baby number 2 and having the worst low back and groin/pubic bone pain the past 2 weeks. Ugh. Hoping this helps!
Hang in there!! ❤
You put me in that frog pose and I never left 😂
Haha! It hurts so good 😅
I tried cat cow and it was excruciating, is that normal? I stopped
No, it shouldn’t be painful at all! I’m sorry! Definitely avoid and seek out help from your doctor or PT with any concerns.
Lifesaver 🎉
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Ooh girl. I’m too big for some of these.
Super low and almost due. Just tired of my swollen legs and sore bottom!
Hang in there! I have lots of postpartum workouts for when the time comes ❤
32 weeks and I’m out of breath trying any of these 😢 I’m scared lol
Hi! Congrats on your pregnancy! Take it slow and listen to your body… you’re in the final stretch! 🤍
I think might not get up after, I get the pain and cramps in one leg only😭😭
I had the same thing, just on one side! Chiropractic care and massage also really helped me. Best wishes!! ❤️❤️
There is too much ads for a only 10 min video...
I’m too lazy OMG😢
I’m in my third trimester and the hardest part of this video was not being out of breath 😅
Ha! I feel ya there! Good for you getting your workouts in the third trimester!💪🏻
Omg it actually helped! 🥹 I could barely move 10 minutes ago. Seriously, thank you!
I’m so happy to hear that!❤
