I'm using this drawing tablet for about a year now and still very happy with it. It's not too expensive and doing a very decent job! Totally recommend it, especially if you want a bigger screen but don't want to spend too much money.

Neji Hyūga I won a 15.6 artist pro in June last year from a giveaway!! At first I loved it but soon I realized it was too big for me ( I’m kinda short 5’9 ) so I decided to ask xppen for a new tablet since they’ve already sent me one- surprisingly they said yes!! All speedpaints I’ve made on my channel are using the 15.6pro- newest video is me transitioning to a new tablet- you can chose not to watch if ya want- I don’t mind 🐓✨
@Johnfuse How is the Huion tablet is working for you? Is it comfortable to use? What about the color calibration? I am trying to decide between Huion Kamvas pro 16 and this Xp-pen Artist pro 15.6

@@Alex-jx1fm it does, you just need adapters. It has one hdmi cable and two usb cables. Though in my delivery there was an hdmi adapter for apple included
can you continue making animation related tips from him ?? maybe bring different animators OR bring him and let him break down animators like Yutaka nakmura or bahi JD for example... that would be fun to watch !

Hi, nice video, can you do a huion 16 vs xp pen15.5?
It's a great tablet. I have the Artist 12 Pro. Had it for a few months now. The only software that I've tried that there's no lag are sketchbook, Clip Studio and Open Canvas works good as well. It lags in krita but it's mainly because of my laptop. Works better with a good desktop computer.
I use Krita on this tablet but it works perfectly

Im still torn between this or a Cintiq.
I was able to try them out thanks to a friend who owns both devices and honestly if you can afford a Cintiq in the first place, I'd go with that for an overall bigger screen and a better build
@@Zeihara Thanks! Though a little over a month ago, I ended up getting the XP pen 22 Artist 2nd gen and havent been disappointed! I had been using the Wacom Intuos and Graphire series for a long while, and I had only really touched Cintiqs at local electronics stores. Price definitely had something to do with my choice, but after using Wacoms for almost 2 decades Im glad Wacom has more competition than in the past.

Is it compatible with an android phone?
This is the specific brand and model I've been hoping to get for myself for my first graphic tablet. I've only ever drawn traditionally. Would you guys say that this can make for a good starter tablet? What should I keep in mind when I actually do get this for myself and start drawing with it? :-)

Drum Tantrum imo screen tablets are overkill for beginners. You should work with a graphics tablet first, then work your way up

how accurate are the display's colors compared to the pc ones?
I'm guessing similar to an cheap 1080p ips monitor (Like from LG). Not sure but they have around 88% ntsc or 120% srgb I think.

Nahhh I just bought XP-PEN 15.6 PRO several day ago.. The amount of pressure that you need to put the pen on the screen so the screen can detect the pen is unbelievable hard. Even on the box they said it 8k pressure sensitivity.. But I strongly believe the problem is the screen not the software.
@Law Nightcore nah thats common .. you need to apply pressure ... unlike wacom for example where it react faster... so far this issue is not in the huion 16 pro... i dont know why people still going with xp pen 15.6 pro instead of the kamvas 16 pro

I used it for a couple months and I have no problem with pressure that's work very well...I put it in to Max 8k pressure and so I no need to press hard the pen or screen,just A bit problem with nip and pen itself,the nib really make a lot of sound,and the nib seem like loosen🤔 I don't now....so far my problem only on the pen....the tablet is awesome
Maybe you should check your settings. Because I have no problems like those at all. Of course, if the pen pressure/sensibility is low, you need to adjust that. And while you are on it, disable the windows ink things in the display software, and also check the settings in your drawing software.

Before I had a tablet without a screen and for the pen to have more speed I would put 0% smoothness on the brush in Photoshop, but in this graphic tablet the pen is very slow, I can configure it but not the speed, please help me

The thickness of the pen is purely for style and its horrible. Previous Xp-pen models came with a thinner pen but after the new Wacom Pro-pen they changed it to look similar. The Wacom pen itself is thin but the rubber finish adds the unnecessary thickness.
It depends on the person. If you're the type of the details and need a good grip on your pen, the thickness help alot.

I disagree. Maybe you got a bad unit?
If you can, I'd recommend picking up a colorimeter when they go on sale on Amazon (e.g X-Rite i1Display Pro or SpyderX) and calibrating your displays
