WRONG! According to Ken Heron, it does NOT affect DJI drones ALREADY certified by the FAA!
Ken is kind of nuts and is always right on the edge with the rules.. better read the rules yourself
There is a reason DJI drones are less expensive. They are being subsidized by the CCP. Ask yourself, why? Everything you are saying might be true, but the over reliance on Chinese produce drones is China's goal and a national security issue.
Guess you are going to have to learn to fly FVP.. I have one that will do anything a DJI drone can do so if your business depends on a drone you are going to need to learn how to build and fly FVP drones.. I built it in my shop in less than 2 hours I even used a 4K DJI camera on this build.. DJI drones are JUST easy anyone can play with one they fly them selfs. Get a simulator and LEARN to fly FVP's. the real secret is FVP's are much more fun to fly.... I have a DJI drone too.. but it's pretty boring to fly it just hovers around taking pictures by it self.....hehehe
