      And we all know how fussy Phil is with Wheels and stance😉
      Yes I'm here to after Phil recommended the channel.
      Perhaps a collaboration between the 2 of you at the Nurburgring. It'd great to see you both Lapping the ring although Phil has cheated with a dirty great Turbo but yours must be about half the weight.
      Cheers from the UK

    Som sagt keep up the good work!

    Great series, amazing work.
    Just one little thing to make life easier for others that want to binge watch it, like I have the past couple of days. Your play list is in the wrong order, video one in the play list should be oldest video counting up to the latest, so that viewers can automatically watch them in chronological order. Video 17 & 18 are also duplicate.
    Keep up the great work.

    • @islandworks
      @islandworks  3 роки тому

      Thank you for the feedback! I heard this before but didn’t understand what I need to tweak in my account. Is it that the suggested videos don’t come in order?

    • @taznz1
      @taznz1 3 роки тому +1

      @@islandworks You have the Playlist sorted newest first, typically for this type of series you would want it sorted oldest first, that way if a viewer clicks on a video in your play list UA-cam will automatically play the videos in the order they were made.
      It an easy fix:
      Click on you user icon in the top right of the UA-cam window,
      Select UA-cam Studio from the drop down menu.
      Click on Playlists on the left side of the screen.
      Click the Pencil edit icon next to your playlist "200kg Challenge - How to strip and race prep a Porsche 964".
      Click on Sort at the top of the playlist.
      Select Data Published (Oldest).
      Presuming you published all the video in the order they were made it should have fixed video order.
      Then you just need to scroll down the Playlist and find the duplicate episode.
      "Cup Inspiration - Seam welding and stiffening a Porsche 964"
      Click the three vertical dots next to it and select Remove from 200kg Challenge - How to strip and race prep a Porsche 964
      Hope this helps.

    Great job so far. You will need to check the effective rack length and adjust the inner pivot point to suit your suspension pivot point or you will get pretty horrible bump steer.

    • @islandworks

      Really good input and I didn’t think about that. Good thing is a have built up a complete 3D model of the subframe and can use that to get the optimal length out.

      @@islandworks i believe it's the car that stared in the first getawayinstockholm which they continued to develop and modify and ended up being a gatebil/nurbergring monster, was in magazine autotest which seems like it was a benchmark for tuned cars and race cars, but it was from the 56k internet days so there isn't much information about it
