I have a question. I can connect my android and my phone comes up, but my maps/Google maps doesn't always come up. I'm not sure why and I don't know how to fix this. Any advice would be great. Thanks
@@mdmiah9151 my son figured it out for me. My maps on my phone were out in deep sleep. He took it out and now it connects every time. Try it. Google it if you need help. Good luck.
the cx-5 select is not wireless connect you will need a cable it's only available on the higher trims the guy that sold my cx-5 select told me so..and he in fact was correct
My son figured it out for me. My phone has6 Google maps on a deep sleep. As soon as he removed that, my maps come up every time that I connect to Android Auto. Woo hoo.
I dont have touchscreen or wireless AA on my 2024 black edition 2.0 model. Is there anyway to help or update the infotainment?I had a mazda 3 2014 model and it had wifi to update the software but im not seeing this option at all. This infotainment is very basic.

The stupid Mazda of Saudi Arabia I bought the CX60 and at the end I get wire android auto and now i am having a muffled sound whenever I talk to anyone.

Can you put the music app in all the screen? I see it's possible with maps but not sure it's also possible for music app.
Yes, just tap the icon for your music player and it will switch to full screen
@@zetto156 Nop doesn't work on Android auto wireless in Mazda 3. When we tap the music app it's bigger than GPS but still don't in full screen.

I had the same problem too for cx 5 select so I tried to connect it with the wire and it worked with the USB. But cannot connect it wireless

Does this wireless option work with all trim levels for the 2024 CX30 and CX5?

Hi there, I have CX-5 2024 ignite edition but I surprised that touchscreen is not working while the car is moving or parked neither any advise, please

What about the 2024 Mazda CX-5 ? I can't get navigation, contacts etc... to pop up on display?
I believe wireless Carplay/Android Auto is not standard on all the trims. It is not available on the base trims, a USB cable is still needed.

Here in Malaysia the headunit hasnt been refreshed since 8 years ago. Still the same friggin display with a 3gp quality camera 🤦🏻♂️
