Being color blind to the struggles of black people and other POC is one of the reasons America is in turmoil now. WE don't have the PRIVILEGE to not see color when we go out into the world. Black people are a marginalized group that's constantly denied access to basic necessities. Constantly told we're less than and don't measure up to the eurocentric standards of beauty. So, yes it's beautiful and uplifting to see a fellow black woman be a successful influencer despite all the weight that comes with being black. You're not black so you wouldn't understand.

Hi! I just completed 2 Reps of this session after completing Day 4 Lose Belly Fat for the second time. On Tuesday, I was not even able to complete one rep. Today I completed 2 reps. I do not like the Plank Hip Dips. It's brutal but I am motivated! :-)
So basically I love this. after doing the resistant bands workout 15 mins and the core 15 mins workout 💪.I managed to do 2 sets of these wow this is a killer. I was done ✅.I love your videos and the body map of what muscles you are working out gives me a good indication.

Hi, yes you can BUT not without taking things to an extreme. We wouldn’t recommend trying to lose that much in such a short space of time for both safety and also the potential for rebound is too high. Instead of focusing on the weight drop we would advise that you focus on body re-composition. This means that even a 5kg weight drop could look more like a 8-10kg loss. You can achieve this quite quickly with minimal adjustments to your diet (make it macro focused) and correct exercise programming. We have new workout calendars coming for June.
