Was waiting for this, I'm about to buy this soon in a few days but I'm literally so confused right now between this and asus 8 (especially after its new update as it has beaten red magic 9 without even having fans), Because whichever device I'll buy I will buy the separate cooler as well so might as well go for asus but it does not have the console mode YIKES so confused right now haha, third option is the ipad m2, so so confused I swear haha.
Go with RM bro. ASUS is great, but no built in fan is a big deal breaker for me for a flagship. I don't want to lug around some extra clunky attachment.
The fan in the phone will make it last much longer with consistent frame rates and such that you won't get on the asus without the giant fan and then you especially will see heat issues with the iPad m2.
I'll be residing in the UK after a weeks do you think it will easily handle that wet weather I mean it rains there 6 out of 7 days (not even exaggerating) rest yes now I think i'll stick to RM9 and later upgrade to RM10 yeah the fan though is definitely a huge plus point @@TechReviewTom
Don't use Diablo mode all the time you need to have a setting that adjusts the Processor with the phone heat. I use rise for wzm it's way too hot on Diablo mode.

There's a problem with my lights in the red magic 9 pro after the recent update, when i launch a game the cooling fan light goes off but the fan is working but if i turn on the fan in game the other lights goes off like the trigger lights and the 09 logo. How can i fix this please? thanks!
Im sure you have tried all the settings, but I don't experience this issue at all. I'm sorry your phone is doing this bro! A complete phone reset is my initial thought.

It runs cod and fortnight on max settings perfectly I stream and upload to my channel a lot and the redmagic 9 handles it all perfectly would recommend this phone to anyone I've ever brought my gf one
The videos are all at 4k it just takes a really long time to process to 4k. It lets me publish the video when 'SD' (standard defenition) finishes processing. It takes a day or so for it to get to 4k.
Same here, every device does it, I use a case and it allows me to play games without feeling it. Id run rise mode and turn down the enhancement features in your GameSpace settings if it gets really hot.

It's a leather case by a company called Fanoya, I don't use tempered glass and go to RedMagics website they have official methods
