I don't see all the obsession with glass, if you drop the phone the glass cracks most of the time. Aluminum is more resistant. And most people use cases on their phones, who the fuck even cares you won't even see the back.

First of all, wireless charging is useless and you know it, the phone is really inexpensive compared to other flagships right now and the notch is just the way to go right now. OnePlus isn't on the same level as Samsung and apple and they don't have the money the have so they probably can't afford to invest for the removal of the notch. Just be thankful you are getting such an amazing device for that price
I think the verge advt on oneplus has really had an effect on you. Oneplus is a subsidiary of OPPO which itself is a subsidiary of BBK electronics and these are giant companies in China with lots of capital. They are just successful in pitching to you that they don't have money to innovate and so buy their phones with glass (which makes it expensive to repair, but also not providing any additional feature such as wireless charging) and many more such stuff.

I think the hidden notch is the best way to implement a notch on a phone because you add screen space for the notifications and clock at the top of the screen but it also doesn't cut out videos and stuff. Good job one plus you fixed the notch

I'm currently a medical student in the Philippines so I really don't have the means to earn yet. I'm looking back at your phone reviews cause my dad recently broke his phone, a samsung galaxy s7 and according to Samsung's service center the driver and the battery is busted. They said it will cost at around 17 thousand pesos (roughly less than 400 dollars). I'm really sad cause I wish I had the money to help him out but I still can't due to school. He's our provider financially but he has been disabled since I was a kid. I look up to him and I just wish there was something I can do. I'm just looking through your videos for a budget phone that will last a while. Kudos to you for the great reviews! 😊

Damn, this is probably the time to upgrade my 2.5 years oneplus X. I hope I got the white edition, love the colors.But if I got better deal on the 5T then maybe I'll get 5T instead. Im a student so Im in a tight budget lol. My 2.5 years oneplus X (3/16) still works great so I think oneplus phone absolutely worth the investment. With this kind of spec (6/64 is more than enough for me) - I expect to use the phone for at least another 3 years.
Mine is just starting to have battery and wifi issues after 3 years... but it was totally my bad. I have been very rough on my Oneplus X. I think I might just go for the OnePlus 3t or 5. Those both have great specs and are alot cheaper than the 6. Dont get me wrong, I could afford the 6, but I would prefer to go cheaper because expensive phones are really not worth it. Anything over $350 is overpriced in my opinion (for a phone atleast). I prefer to work on something with a keyboard :P
I like the silk white but I wish it was aluminium. No one's gonna think it's glass anyway. But it looks pretty. I also like that when you blackout the notch the icons are still in that area so it still increases the screen area.

I love the look of the glass, but what I love about my Oneplus 5 is it's insane rigidity. I've dropped my Oneplus 5 on conrete from waist level and it only had a small scuff on the side. I hoped they'd keep their crazy sturdyness over looks but oh well.

Tbh the notch on the X is simply... HUGE! I was a huge notch Hater myself and hence was a bit reluctant to buy the op6 but honestly it's so small it hardly takes up any space. It's actually more difficult to notice it than to ignore it.

Redminote3 Note3 with how good the oxigenOS is at managing battery you will have zero problems going through the full day even with 3330 mAh. And even if you drain the battery dash charging is still the fastest way to charge any phone on the market. Big battery doesn't mean long battery life.

Redminote3 Note3 with how good the oxigenOS is at managing battery you will have zero problems going through the full day even with 3330 mAh. And even if you drain the battery dash charging is still the fastest way to charge any phone on the market. Big battery doesn't mean long battery life.
