I built one of these with my dad a few years ago. Was such a fun project. I have yet to really ride it or take it out anywhere sadly because I’ve been working non stop with no time off :/ but working on the bike was such a fun time.

🤣 Not knowing how to do something hasn’t ever been much of a deterrent to keep me from trying anyway. I really appreciate your support and positive comments.
I used a silver base on that bike and thought it was a little light in color. The dark primer and first coat on this one didn’t seem to change much, it looks the same as the bike with silver base.
I don’t have a video that’s specific to installing decals. I do show it in a few vids. I usually get yelled at in the comments because I install them dry. Everyone tells me to use soapy water. Hahaha

Thanks John. I’m still using an iPhone, but I did recently upgrade to the newest version with a better camera.

I had an old channel that included some frames I’d straightened. To my knowledge I do not have any of those videos on this channel.

Would Clearcoat do anything to deepen the color?
We’re going to find out. I plan to spray on a couple layers of clear after I get the decals installed.
