I think you didn't take nutritious food while you were in diet. Because I experienced the same. So try to take vegetables, fruits, nuts and apply natural hair oil like Amla oil, almond oil. You will see results.
You didt have enough protein in your diet however, you want to loose weight you should have enough protein which will help to hair growth bcz protein is keen for hair growth and glowing skin
