- Kevin Franke, husband of '8 Passengers' UA-cam vlogger Ruby Franke, is filing for divorce and a domestic relations injunction, outlining stringent measures to govern the conduct of both parties involved.
The petition for divorce is private. The paperwork was filed Wednesday in 4th District Court.
The injunction imposes several restrictions on the parties to ensure a peaceful and fair proceeding.

An innocent person does not react to ‘learning’ about the horrific sadistic abuse of two of his children by their mother by trying to have one his other children arrested. The guy is NOT innocent.
He is just doing this to look good and also to try to get custody. But, he abused those kids with Ruby for years. Hopefully prosecutors are going to charge him, too. Those kids should NEVER have to live with him or Ruby again. He's a massive, massive POS

@@raleighamelia7895 Because one of the news companies reported that Ruby accused her son of sexual abuse and the judge was obligated to seperate them. On the bright side it when they say foster family they are being extremely and deliberately vague. So they could be with grandparents or even adult cousins. But they are definitely seperated not only from eachother but other children.
@@skkeech I think the kids will be better off. Sure they are seperated from eachother but they likely would have been put in a group home. I feel like that would be more stressful than being seperated from family.
