I dont mow any property above 9k sq ft in dallas. If any larger nobody will pay what its worth. Max is $60 for over half acre. Their is a few that will pay above that. On top of that if their yard looks like this which it barely has some growth, they will say lets wait. Its annoying. Forget about weeklys.

Great, great content as always. How I wish I could volunteer and work for you for free as an apprentice. Just to be able to absorb even just 10% of your knowledge on this field of work will be enough for me to gain that confidence to take this leap of starting this business. Im an OTR Truck Driver and am mostly away from home 2 months at a time. I wanted to start this business to be able to be near to my family while making a living. Plus, I like the fact that this type of work gives you a lot of walking, movements thus, giving you a lot of natural exercise, unlike what i have as a long haul truck driver.. that have me sitting for hours. I am learning a lot through this channel, keep the positivity coming Sir, thanks a lot!

Crazy that grass is mowed at 2inches. In Pennsylvania your lucky if you can get the grass down to 3 1/2 without triple cutting.
In the trailer, I would throw a mini fridge with fresh fruit and water that is cold all day long! Great setup and videos!!!

Fck ‘striping’ if you’re not into making a lawn look it’s best, but the pattern is the fastest too. The farm cut is not efficient.
