I agree. I need to find a book that talks about all of the other countries, besides European countries, that were involved in WWI. I remember reading about some Indian soldiers who fought in Europe. I recently purchased one on Africa in WWI. I am looking forward to reading it. I just need to find some time. There is never enough. Thanks for watching. Have a great week.
Thanks James! We are excited to reveal them. They are pretty wide open to different avenues of learning, not just the standard names and dates. It should be pretty awesome! Thanks for watching. I hope you join us for the live stream and I hope that you enjoy the event. Have a great weekend.
Sounds great. I have WW2 adjacent books (and chunksters) on plan for November. But will see if I can fit this in - likely a historical fiction as I have several non-fiction books on WW1, but they are chunky. 😊
I hope you can get a historical fiction book in. I understand the issue of too many planned reads. I do that too and then I don't end up getting any of them read! Thank you for watching. Have a great week.
Thanks Carmen! I hope you enjoy the event. I have several books to suggest, some I have read and others I want to read. It should be a lot of fun and learning. Thanks for watching. Have a great weekend.
Fun! Also gives me a reason to pick The Pity of War (aii, don't remember the name of the author..) back up, which I abandoned at one point for no reason. 😅
Well that's good! I hope you enjoy the book. WWI is a great subject to dive into. Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoy the event. Have a great weekend.
I've got a book on my library list about Indian soldiers. It would be nice to learn more about India in WW1.

I'm looking forward to learning what the prompts are!
