shiiiiii... um, 40 k could have bought me a down payment on a house lol but yeah, people can be so darn foolish with their own money. You're free to do what you want but no one is gonna agree that you're being smart about it.
After losing my dog I understand and probably would do the same
@@akm960 but it’s not your dog. It’s a completely different dog for $40,000
I was tempted to do this bc accepting death is so hard but I realized by beloved Indy would probably rather I rescue another soul who needs it in her honor and put that extra $$ into rescues charities etc
"For thousands of dollars, you can do the same, but should you?"
Uhm, no, once your pet passes, that's it. They've moved on, crossed the rainbow bridge, like a number of people say, there's many others desperate for a home, please don't leave them 💙
Poor guy took the loss hard. I think it would've been better to adopt another dog, his princess is gone and he cant let go. This cant be good for his mental health.
Stop playing God.
Why? Cloning is the future.
Which god? There are so many 😂
I know that feeling but I’d rather adopt $40k of shelter dogs. I’ll never have my precious fur babies back so I’m going to love the ones I can save now.
id clone mine if i had the money. hands down.
Man can’t clone soul. I know his grieving heart. I lost my fur boy, it shattered my heart, but Sir, we must accept death as we accept life. I’m praying for you. 🙏🏽🌹❤
Yes you want a dog,get one from the Shelter...you are helping this dog and God will be there always.....for you .
I’ve lost 3 dogs in my life due to old age. I have secured a piece of their hair and are safely tucked away in a pretty box just for them. I like the idea of cloning my deceased dog just to have them with me ONE more time, but just having a piece of their hair is enough to me.
I have two Shih Tzus myself, but even I know when their time is over, that's it. I can accept that.
So ridiculous....I would and have get the same breed and have new pup and his or her personality to fill your life if you don't rescue..which I have done also.in my life.
It may seem crazy but I have seen crazier.
My shih tzu is 13 1/2 years old right now. I've had him since he was a puppy and I'll be beyond devastated the day I have to say goodbye to him. But even if I had all the money in the world, I wouldn't clone him. Genetically it'll be pretty much be him, but there's still only ever going to be one him. Now if someone wanted to invent a serum to help my dog live thirty more years I'd get in on that.
1:43 "How did you save up the money to do this?" -- as they stand on his sprawling, immaculate lawn in front of his mansion. 40k is nothing to a person with this kind of wealth, what a dense question.
You have proof that the mansion belongs to him or are you just making assumptions?
Poor people love making assumptions about wealth 😅😅😅😅😅
@@Zero-hs5tx Hm.. more like Occam's razor - simplest explanation is the most likely, and here it would be that they are filming in his home because that's usually what reporters do. But if you're suggesting that a rich person lent their home for this controversial segment on dogs, sure, anything's possible.
@@munchkin0518 The guy literally said it took 2 years to save up for those dogs. Unless you're implying that he's lying, but I wouldn't do so without proof. Many mansions are public property or open to the public (i.e. Boettcher mansion). I doubt this guy wants to show the entire world where he lives by filming on his lawn.
Bro got scammed. I would get a second opinion about the exact DNA matches. Places like this feed off of misery and sadness and probably just found puppies that looked exactly like his and sent it to him.
Oh my god, the weird cloning business aside, that man’s love for his dog though! And how open he is about it, I’m here for that.
Ever see the movie the 6th day?
I don't see anything wrong with this if the person wants to spend that kind of money. A lot of people freak out when they hear the word "clone", just like they did when GMO foods came out. Clearly they saw one too many science fiction movies and got the wrong idea. I don't know if I'd be willing to do this when my cat dies but it's their choice
If it affect other it's still a problem genius. Influence is the act of others becoming. Also, clones don't live long. Not to mention against the Creator's word. Which the world was destroyed of this same reason before. Think before you speak. Ignorance is very dangerous.
@@richardjohnson9543 people are cloning out of delusion, projecting the memory onto the clone. It’s not the same dog, at all. He is clearly trying to convince himself it’s his dog but it only looks like it. He spent $40,000 on a dog based on looks essentially. He could have rescued another dog who would have been grateful and bonded just like his dog had.
Same. Love my dog too, but I wouldn't clone him. Because it wouldn't be the look of him I wanted, but personality. Your personality is shaped by life experiences.
We have to learn how to let go and move on.
How does a cop afford $$$$40k?? Even with "slashing" expenses......
I hope he's at least a good cop!!
He sold his car as well.
No, imagine if both dogs met each other. Like... your me? Am I you? But you're not me, Im me? Who are you?
The clone is just that - a clone. But the personality, likes, and dislikes are and can be different. Remember, you're getting a new being. Princess is gone. Her soul roams with God and if she chooses, she can come back on her own in another manner, but these are other beings completely that could have even existed while Princess was still here. I can understand the love for your pet running so deep, you want to clone them to still feel like you have them but you must be mindful that they have left this earthly place and reside elsewhere now. PLEASE ADOPT. Princess was a shelter pet. You rescued her. Otherwise she would have been on death row. Over 3 million animals are put down each year because there aren't enough homes. They're ALL waiting to be loved. The BEST way to honor her would have been to save the life of another shelter pet. Don't you think Princess would have wanted it this way?
He supposed to make copy for himself
So if you can do this with dogs, you can do this with humans, right?! Maybe they already are cloning people? I find it hard to believe its not happening already!
I mean it’s sad but you should try giving love another chance with another dog! You may be surprised! I’m sure the clones are happy and I wish them the best, but it may be healthier to open your heart to new souls.. in my opinion.
Love is crazy thing
Just go to the shelter, pick up a dog that looks like the one that died, ship it to the customer, here is your cloned dog, easiest $40k ever made
It started with animals no wonder people always say we all have a twin 🤔
Tyrell corporation replicants.
You can't clone disposition or personality and it seems many clone dogs die of cancer.
With so many homeless dogs out there at least you know what you're getting!
Its sad, its not her the soul is gone 😢
Why not let’s clone people
Of you lost a loved one would you clone them to bring them back? I think so. No one knows how youll react. Its his choice l. And if it makes him happy, thats all that matters
NO!
What an insane idea.
You realize if I cloned my beloved grandma, I'd just get a baby? A baby who would be growing up in 2024, not 1924, every formative experience would be different, and so she would be a completely different person in every way.
Hipsporcsy.
I feel bad for him..
Honestly, it's none of this Hansen womans business.
Think of them as offspring of your pets 🥹🥹❤️❤️💙💙
Get me off this planet 😢
That's weird. He needs to grieve and move on
I would do the same.
It's your money broski. Rock out.
I’m glad this procedure available for pet owners and insights are being procured from the process for what’s to become ie human beings extinction is not an option
That’s a lot of money. Will the dog get sick with the same illness? Wow you get more than one clone 🤦🏻♀️ next people will be cloning their children. We have a lot of homeless dogs & cats in our shelters already. I’m sorry, but this woman’s cloning business should be closed down by law! I just find something very unethical about this extremely expensive business that literally preys on people’s emotions and their lives savings too. I’m glad the man is happy, but his original dog was and always be OOAK.
Pet cemetery 👀
Sad case of a human who would do this
Could this company clone 2 of me so I can get more work done?
They will do this at Texas A&M....or they used to.
Evil
People should stop giving this guy a hard time. Some people get strays, some people go to Breeder’s. It’s a personal choice. He’s happy the dogs are happy.
Are we going to suggest that everyone go and adopt children, because there’s a lot of adoptive children out there and people shouldn’t have their own biological children. After all biological children are kind of clones of their parents.
they are totally adorable that's for sure,, they aren't little puppies though?? did he get little puppies?? or did the cloning place keep them until they were a certain size???
pokemon copies LOL
Made up controversy
