Did you have resizeable BAR enabled for these tests? Ive heard the A380 takes a bigger hit than the other two when resizeable BAR is disabled

Yeah, its not much of a contest unless you hit the VRAM limit on the other two cards. For gaming, I'd go used 1650S, that unicorn 8GB 6500XT (if you have PCIe 4.0), A380, new 1650S, 4GB 6500XT. Production would be Nvidia in general with maybe a nod to Intel if you do a lot of video encoding/transcoding.
Realistically though, for $20 more than a 1650S, you could get an RX 6600 (or an A750 for an additional $10) and be happy with 8GB of VRAM and considerably more performance.
