If ur talking about video editing or photo editing then arc a380 is better than 1650 but instead of 5600 u can go with 12400f it's cheaper and will provide same performance or can go with 12400 for better performance.

I purchased gtx 1650 on amazon yesterday and saw that the price of intel a380 is just rs. 300 higher, but I already purchased it anyway,😑😞

Yes it will work but you will not get full performance of the card because i3 8100 only supports pcie gen3
