- I'm finally finishing off the 'testing all my makeup series' with my eyeshadow palettes! I'm going to spend as long as it takes to go through ALL of my eyeshadow palettes, test them out and decide what to keep and what to declutter, moving alphabetically through my collection. This video is focusing on C palettes, specifically Charlotte Tilbury.

Funny story - I’ve been wanting that Charlotte Darling 6 pan eyeshadow palette for yearsssss. But never bought it because it’s $60 and that seemed like a lot. It is the one and only eyeshadow palette that was still on my wants list. One other thing I’ve wanted for many years is the Beautylish Lucky Box, but never bought because Dec is always a tight budget month due to Christmas. So this year I saved and ordered the box. Would you know that the very first thing I pulled out of the box was that CT Darling palette?! I was ecstatic!!! My husband and sons, who care nothing about makeup were even so happy for me. Just one of those moments that I’ll look back on and smile. And I’ve been using it and LOVE it! Every single shade. It was worth the wait!

I haven't tried any Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadows yet, but I am drawn to some of their quads. I might let myself buy a couple this year, but I think I want to declutter some stuff first (or at least retire and repurpose some older stuff), but I don't have the heart to do that yet.

Amen to small efficient palettes- older Tom Ford, Dior, Viseart… I’m forever pondering how to depot from bigger palettes those shades I love without ruining them.
Yeah I feel you, I am very torn when I'm ready to let go of a larger palette but still have a few shades that I love. I know I'm useless at using my singles in palettes though so I just tell myself to let it go, there will be more eyeshadows in my future lol

I loved this in-depth discussion of Charlotte Tilbury palettes. I find it rare that someone will analyze them in-depth, so I appreciate it. Now I'm eyeing that 6 pan
I'm going through my makeup by Brand too, i think that's a good system.
The Darling palette is the only one i have,and i got that in the 2023 Beautylish Lucky Bag. I really love it.
I’ve always wanted to try a Charlotte quad
I had been eyeballing the Darling palette, and then bought it after seeing your review. I've almost hit pan on a couple of the lighter shades.
I loved the Exaggereyes but think I got an old one..and still have it 😂 She needs to get decluttered!

Loved ❤ this video, I had all 3 of those palettes and a few more of CT quads ( I decluttered all of them ) I didn't love the quality.

Charlotte Tilbury Quads are both my favourite mini-palette, and the product I need to stop collecting! I recently gave my sister-in-law three from my stash, because there's no way I will be able to use all mine and I don't like things going to waste if they are good.
My current favourite is Exaggereyes. Before I started using CT quads I barely wore glitters or shimmers but I've become a convert (at least with her quads).
Mostly I love how it's a whole eye look on a handy sized package. The mirror is a reasonable size in the Quads too. The downside is several of the CT eyeshadows apply best with your finger and that's a bit messy. I have the nudes 6 pan, but I am trying to finish at least one of the three quads I have on the go before I start another product.
I think I've only made intentional purchases for a couple of quads in my stash. Most have either been Gift with Purchase or part of sets.
If you are thinking of getting one then I recommend using the colour match tool on the CT website. It'll make recommendations based on your eye colour.

Quality is much better with CT
I like Charlotte but her shimmer shades seal over too easily for me.
If I could only keep one eyeshadow palette… the CT Eyes to Mesmerize Pillow Talk palette would be that one palette for me.
I have wanted to try Charlotte Tilbury but I find them expensive for just quads.
