I feel your pain, had to pull my trans after just getting it together do to rear main leak, also put my trans in with the motor originally and I did a belly up conversion, so trans bolts were a little tough to get to, but it's done and no more leaks on the 4.8 yj 🤘
If you have burnt clutches and junk in the tranny pan, you might want to drain and clean the torque converter. Also blow out the cooler and the lines. Nice build.

Trans fluid should be checked while engine is idling, at normal op temp, on level ground.
EDIT: Just saw your newer video. I'm glad to see your trans tech helped you out and informed you about what I mentioned above. It's a fairly easy mistake to make. I've seen hundreds of people make this same mistake. (I was an auto tech in a former life) It's like they say, "You can't be good at something unless you are willing to be bad at it first!"
