@aliensoup2420 there is a benefit in going thumbless, it's just not worth the increase in danger. But thumbless allows just enough wrist rotation to make the barbell bench press, more like a dumbell press. Which is a stronger position for shoulders.

It’s really frightening as to how far mental illness of severe insecurity has come, and that it’s gotten so bad. Reminds of many things I’ve seen, even an Internet personality who calls herself a Disney princess, and believes she will be a star celebrity one day. Dr. Phil got on her case realizing something was wrong with her, possibly by request of her parents and a friend; not really sure. She even verbally attacked Dr. Phil on the internet for calling her out, and had some friends troll him too, all because she knew he was capable enough to get on her case and do something about it! This video reminds me of stuff like that. It also reminds me of how women will make fake videos claiming to be stalked and creeped up upon in that some guy in that very moment at the gym is constantly looking at her and she even manipulates the camera angle or the moment to make it seem like he is looking at her, when he actually isn’t, and instead she’s making a fake video just to get likes and attention on social media!
Something is really wrong with our world society! People are sad, and they try to hide that they are sad, and simultaneously go crazy desperate for attention from others out there! It’s healthier that they stopped caring what others think of them and stopped caring about the fame, notoriety and praise from others, because caring about such things does stuff like this to them.

Isn't 40kg grip pretty bad? I've got one of those grip trainers with variable resistance and I fairly easily max that one out at 65kg (supposedly) sitting on my couch 😂 And I have pretty small girly hands for a guy, NGL 😅
The guy is not a healthy person, so my guess is that 40kg is lower than average performance.
We do those once every school year and I got more than 40 on my left arm in 9th grade and I'm weak rn but back then I was really weak even for my age.
