      A best way to mentally Fight it is to just say out loud to yourself “Trust the process” because there is absolutely nothing you can do about it at that point 🤣🤣🤣

    If you're so sore that you're limping around, rest that muscle group or you will deeefinitely get an injury sooner than later.
    Listen to your body. Being a little sore the day after a good workout is normal, but being almost unable to move is a sign to rest.

    My advice is try incorporating yoga after workouts.
    It helps optimize muscle relief and increase flexibility. I usually do it before bed and it helps a lot.

    3rd day of working out.. 1st arms. 2nd legs.. today cardio.. my legs were ok during the cardio but dannngg they hurt rn 😂 been doordashing all day and getting in and out the car is hell 💀.

    I can’t even walk down the stairs or sit on the toilet without going ‘ow, ow, ow , ow ,ow’ on the way down and up. Had to crawl up the stairs sometimes. 😣😭😫😆

    As a former pitcher I can tell you nothing helps with soreness more than long distance running… I know nobody wants to hear that but after every game I pitched I would run 3 miles the day after and it always helped me recover just in time for my next start. Did this all through high school and college

      I'm going through the exact same thing now. I'm gonna soak in a ice bath tonight and I need some protein so I'm probably gonna get in one of those lil scooters for the old people when I go lol. Plus, I need to go to the gym to do upper body Tonight 😩

    At one point I was so sore I nearly couldn't walk in stairs, it was so painful. The soreness lasted a week : / To be fair I had not been working out in forever and suddenly did an intense training session, so that's probably why. These days I don't get that sore.

    What I do is a start the week with an all around workout. Then the next 2 days i focus on reps on specific areas. Then do till failure on the last 2. Take a rest day then active rest.

      doing 35 reps of 30 kg goblet (I'm 65kg)
      the next 3 days hip muscles hurt every step and ass too when trying to sit down
      like I know it will pay off but holy shit I feel like an old man sometimes. Gotta use arms to stand up

      Cardio is essential just as much as lifting weights. It helps you release endorphins and ur heart health idk why some ppl think it’s not important to do cardio.

    What’s awesome is God designed our bodies to repair themselves, so when we tare our muscles for growth, they repair and grow rather than stay damaged. The complexity of the body and nature just goes to show God is truly all knowing and all powerful just as the Bible says.

    The answer is active recovery.
    You can go to the gym and lift but lift about 60-70% of your normal load.

    For me it takes 2 days for me to feel it and even then it’s barely enough to get me to say “I’m sore” the only time I get extremely sore is when I workout a new part of my body I’ve never worked out intensely before but it’s takes off after 4 sessions through out the months so I very rarely get sore that only happens when you’re doing something new like a specific body area you’ve never done or if you’re a beginner and you never workout

For example :I go to my legs day squats lunges, and I’ve been doing lighter weights. The last eight months because I just can’t seem to not be just extremely fucking sore the next 2-3 days. Does creatine help? Any other suggestions?

    If your CNS is fatigued you shouldn't even be attempting to lift, your progress will regress. Everytime you lift should be your absolute hardest. And a little better than last time.
