I saw a video where the first guy tried to say something in English. After rewatching a few times, I understood what he was trying to say. BAZOOKA HANDS.
At first I chalked it up to a misunderstanding that can easily be corrected by telling him what he is saying.
Like: "Hey Brother, your hands are one of the only normal-looking things on you. Did you try to say you have big arms? Aaah OK, then it should be BAZOOKA BICEPS or BAZOOKA ARMS."

he flexed his wrist, so bar weight shifted forward and its pretty much impossible with tham much weight to realign it while pushing. In other words, he didnt kept his wrist slighly extended

I have often wondered about the same thing. I've seen several clips of people dropping the bar despite holding normally. I guess that either they are breaking or overextending their thumbs somehow. I am no expert, but it must be some kind of technique issue, not placing the bar correctly in the hand or something. It's hard to tell from the videos.
@@Antares2 The last couple that have been posted, the lifter is rolling their wrists away from them.
I have double jointed thumbs and there is no bone keeping your thumb there. So if they are like me but don't have good grip strength, it's easy to see how the bar could just slide right out/off their palm... but hey, at least they can slip out of hand cuffs at will 😂
@@dickjohnson7845 Yeah, you are probably right. It's so weird, I have never felt the urge to bend my wrists forward when it's heavy. If anything, they tend to bend backwards slightly when I am about to fail, making it hurt instead, but no risk of the bar dropping.
But then, I never try for one rep max and such. I stay within the 6-12 rep range as it feels a lot safer.
