My body apprecaited the new poses, it was challenging and built heat but in the loveiest and calmest of ways. The swaying trees throught the window were a subtle reminder of the art of balance and the importance of bending with the forces instead of fighting them. Brilliant practice. I am grateful.
After a month of back pain and rather restorative sessions, I tried this session this morning, being very attentive and carefull. It's a success: it feels so good!
I'm not sure if it was just the heat here or the flow or a combination of both but I was dripping during that practice. Loved it and especially your comment at the end, I do feel gratitude for a shift in energy/mood after your classes that I bring with me and share with everyone I meet. We'll I like to think that I do anyway. Thank you.
Oh yeah! It’s a good thing I practice the class before finalising or re doing the audio. This one I recorded audio twice. The side angle burn needed a release. That wide leg fold added in 😊❤️🙏

This was so grounding, soothing and at a nice pace. Due to shoulder problems it was a great start to do yoga after a long time. Slowing doing the moves is always better for my body to really feel and align. So thank you. Love to Australia from Holland ❤🙏👋

This practice was tougher for me than expected after 1 1/2 weeks of doing very little yoga due to a family crisis out of town. But it helped me to get out of my head and release physical and mental tension and congestion. Thank you, aa always, Fiona, for providing creative and balanced flows with your calming voice.
