Hello, good video. I tried the charging port for my iPhone, but it did not work. Are there some setting I need to set in the phone or on the ZS-4?
FMTFXE22 I actually experienced the same issue. I’m going to reach out to ZY to see if they have any recommended fixes or accessories that’ll make the mobile charging work.

Hey fella. It would be good to insert screen captures of the settings you are using within the app. Also, the demonstration of the effect would have looked better using a larger focal point. My iPhone resolution was shooting at 4k 30fps, which helps keep resolution when zooming in on the subject. Other than that, I didn't change any settings (Auto WB, etc.). Let me know if you want any other settings information.

if you mean that it does 360 to look at us = no....I can say its a bit disappointing i can only switch cameras to front :(
Can't find effect tutorial.
So, can you shoot 4k with Samsung phones with the Android ZY play app?
I don't have a Samsung to test, but I'd imagine it would. At least with my iPhone 7, the resolution button let me choose all available recording resolutions (e.g. iPhone 7 goes up to 4k 30fps), so if your phone goes that high or higher, it should shoot at that resolution.
I've read other users say they can't and Zhiyun's comment is "we're working on it"

Just tried an s8 and only allowed up to 1080p. S9 is not not the compatibility list yet.

Why does the video look choppy during the Vertigo you did? Isn't the purpose of this gimbal to smooth the shot out? Looks like it's easy to tell that you're walking by how shaky it is (not being critical of you, but rather questioning the stability of the motors in the Smooth 4).
Great question. Operating a gimbal effectively takes practice and even the best gimbals will result in shakiness if they're operated poorly. I unfortunately didn't have much time to practice with this device before I needed to post it, but I do plan on shooting another tutorial/follow-up video with more information and best practices (with better Vertigo shots as well).
Ok, would be good to see a side-by-side comparison of this against the DJI Osmo Mobile 2. Pro/Cons of both and a series of tests that show the two units off head to head. Any chance you can do this for us? Thanks!

why was the video so choppy if it's supposed to be a gimbal? .. the video should be nice and steady not bouncing all over
iphones and gimbals still a bad combination i see.. with all the jitters and stuff. im a little disappointed tbh since im an iphone user myself
