Great video Joel. Very helpful information. I'm going to file this in the section of my brain where I keep things that may come in handy some day. 🤙🏻

Those brake lights are fantastic!!!! I saw a fancy touring motorcycle the other day that had mega bright brake lights and in addition, there was something that made them FLASH several times fairly rapidly before they stayed on full red! It really got your attention and I would like to have something like that on my truck. With your rig, this will work out fantastic and add an extra level of safety. Great work!

I've seen those, they're like a pulse module that automatically flashes a number of times when there's 12 volt power applied! I've thought about those as well, I'm a big fan!

So I just stumbled upon your channel, and this video. I love the idea of what you've done here. One thing I might consider at the rear is replacing your turn lamps with amber for clarification that these are turn signals, not the school bus stop lights. If I were to try to do this, I might even take them a step further and change them to some sort of scrolling arrow (for lack of better terms).

SO much safer, as well as attractive, to have those as additional signal lights!
Say, I see you got some wood on top of your kitchen cabinets. Actually be nicer to have that there to screw the live edge wood countetops securely, if you are still adding that on top.

Oh yeah, we will use this until we have our live edge counters ready to go. These are just placeholders to give us more storage and a place to throw things down! I'm not sure if we will keep these here once we have the live edge though, we'll have to see what our options are!

Hello Joel, I have watched about ten of your video’s trying to figure out what you’re doing on this channel. Please forgive me, however, can you stay focus on your conversations? I’m unable to find the video where you went from your RV to skoolie. So far, did you buy it the way it looks on the inside and outside? Can you tell us again, why you sold your RV? What is the layout of your skoolie, such as where will the bathroom be located? Is the area where your dogs are resting their sleeping area? I do like your solar setup, I have 206aH SOK batteries also. My current system is 12v however I want to change it to 48v. I came across your channel while looking for info about 24 or 48v system. I wish you the best of Luck on your adventure.

Good job. In one shot the brake lights look yellow, but in the last shot they look red. Is it just me?

Thanks! The camera may not pick up the dynamic range quite as well, though I don't get a yellow hue on my screen, they just look like a light pink to me when fully illuminated!
