You're welcome, glad you you enjoyed the class 😀 My main yoga mat is called the "studio mat" and it is from Melbourne based props business called iyoga props - here is the link iyogaprops.com.au/product/studio-yoga-mat/ It looks like they don't have the blue ones in that model now. The second mat that I put on top of the studio mat is the iyoga props "easy grip" yoga mat.
Thanks for the video! I have been practicing yoga for many years, even leading classes. However, handstand still causes me fear. It is the entrance. I can stand in it. In personal practice, I can enter it on my own only with a bolster and foam pads under my feet. Perhaps You can advise how to get rid of this fear and gain ease? Greetings from Ukraine!
You're welcome. It is very common to have fear about entering handstand even if you're happy to be in it once you get there. I think your approach with the bolster and the pads under your feet is a good approach to help you get into the pose. The one thing I can say about fear is we need to "feel the fear and do it anyway" (this is actually the title of a book) provided you are prepared for the pose or thing you are trying to achieve. In yoga we are taught to be the observer not the reactor., so observe yourself with the fear as it arises and note that you are also the consciousness that has the capacity to observe the fear which can allow you to seperate yourself from the fear a little bit. I hope that helps 😀😀😀
