They do have an actual opinion. Wtf type of statement is that? Do you mood what an opinion is?
They do have an opinion, that's why brides bring them. A bride wants to look her absolute best, she needs people with her to tell her whether or not there are areas that negatively impact they way they look.

I’ve watched this show since I was a little girl and from when I was around 8 I used to draw dream dresses that I’d love to see my own mother in but after my mum and dad broke up, I ended up quitting with the dress drawing. Until my cousin was getting married. She somehow got her hands on my years past drawings and brought them to the store and picked one. I didn’t know until January 5th of 2015. I was invited to her wedding and I was a bridesmaid. I saw my beautiful cousin walk the aisle in the dress I drew and I cried.😂 not just because she was beautiful, but that she chose a dress that I drew and I adored ❤️😂

@Brigitta Freya Not always the exact same dress (some mermaid, some A-line) - BUT all of the Dando London dresses have the same sleeveless illusion top with lace design and usually illusion back. They are identifiable in the same way as are Pnina's over-the-top-blingy dresses.

I took one friend & then ended up designing and making my own gown....so lucky I could do that. 31 years later I still love what I wore!
The entourages are always so selfish, thinking about what they would have for themselves or *their* vision for the bride and no one else’s.

So glad she chose the one she did. Much more flattering than the one Brian chose. She couldn't even walk in that one. I do think some continuation straps would be nice on it, too. Her dimples and smile are beautiful. I love how she spoke of her fiance', too. I hope they grow closer as time goes on.

Bryan kind of reminds me of my cousin... she pretty much criticized every single wedding dress I tried on and especially those that actually were good on me. I no longer ask her opinion, because I only get upset and don't want to continue the search. It's MY wedding, a dress for ME. I want ME to be happy in the dress in the first place.

Even me, I always wanted to hear the opinions of my entourage but then the last decision will always belong to the bride herself. I guess the only concern is that as long as you are comfortable with the dress you’re wearing and that it fits perfectly on you then you don’t really need anyone’s approval at all. Just choose what you think is best for you.
Strangely enough, I really thought the bride would've looked amazing in a princess dress.

I'm shocked at how many people who feel they know what someone else should have as a wedding dress. For me most wedding dresses are fabulous, you just need the right body to wear them. I wouldn't know where to start with me let alone telling someone else what they should wear.

OMG, after watching hundreds of episodes I realize on this one ... David Emmanuel sounds like Stewie Griffon from Family Guy!! I heard it when he said "Brian". I'll never be able to get it to leave my head. Now, all I want it a Family Guy episode where Stewie's the host of Say Yes to the Dress.
What is it with the entourages of most of the brides, stating "NOT MY TASTE!" Well it is a good thing you DON"T HAVE TO WEAR IT. It is a matter of saying, you think it looks great on the bride or not great on the bride...Not because it is not your taste/is your taste...is it the brides????!!!!! THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

The point of having an entourage is because you want and value their opinion, idk why everyone's getting so upset about Brian saying it wasn't his taste.. That's why he's there, to give the bride his opinion.

A man (whether a famous fashion designer, gay or straight, loving friend/brother/father/etc.) thinking their opinion is most important is odd and shows how much they do NOT care about the bride. At the end of the day, the question should always be, how do you feel in it, girl? But I do recognize if you have a bride with super low self-esteem or whose confidence is based on others' opinions then sure, she might need to know they approve. You can hide behind love all you want but ultimately, when this happens, it's (1) someone controlling in the entourage or (2) very little self-confidence/esteem in the bride. Period.
That dress is gorgeous but can we change it up a bit. It's not unique anymore
