I played both DOTA 2 and League before (I only play Wildrift for fun nowadays). I think League players wouldn't be complaining about overloaded champs if they have a way to deal with their kit via items and not by counterpicking an equally busted champ. I rarely see DOTA2 players complain about new hero releases because they know another hero can counter it or an item can be bought to neutralize it. League should experiment on thinking ways of allowing older champs to compete with new champs through items. But I guess if League does that, they'll be more akin to DOTA2 than ever before and they would rather see themselves s different from DOTA2
Oh you rely on skills? take this orchid/bloodthorne. Oh you rely on attacking? Take this Halberd Oh you cast spells? Take this BKB Oh you are mobile? Take this Atos/abyssal blade. there's a lot more examples but here's my point, DOTA2 allows players to build items based on what they need and their build will vary from game to game based on their enemy (heck, heroes are not locked into a role and can even switch roles/positions midgame). In League, you will be locked onto the same items every game. I love both games and both are equally toxic and fun at the same time.
thats a nice sentiment but there's a reason why most 'silence' were phased out of league especially on characters with burst (kass lb talon), getting one shot in 0.5 seconds when you are silenced for 2 seconds aint "fun", bloodthorn would be fundamentally broken in league we did have atos (everfrost), most of the time, you use it when you character already has cc, to chain them together for 2nd rotation bkb would be in the same category as hourglass and guardian angel, both of which were phased out of the game i do agree league should have more situational items with actives but as there are no str/agi/int in league, the stats for those active items will just make it a core item some champs or be completely ignored

for a while now the best way to deal w lifesteal was to just build resistances since if they do less dmg they heal less. the healcut items are just worthless 90% of the time

At this point I'd say: smack the morello passive on top of liandrys for the burn synergy. Buff the armor pen of the ADC item (might need to give Lord Dom the "Giants slayer passive" back or just delete the item, if the healing reduction item gets tweaked), give Thorn mail the Healing reduction on Hard CC back (so it can be applied proactively) and remove chainsword and slap the healing reduction passive on serpents fang to make it an anti-enchanter/anti-"superficial tankiness" - item.
Yeah but she needs to be at razors edge to do so constantly, as in next to an enemy unit in order to autoattack in the first place, while being the squishiest class of champion and she was already a balance nightmare. (Kalista main here) Yes the new champ can, but better! This is because kalista's dash distance AND speed get reduced by ANY slows AND Attack speed slows. You press wither on kalista and the champion turns off. Whereas in contrast you press wither on the new champion and she will just smile at you, and continue to jump around while 1 shotting you way harder then kalista and being 50x tankier and healing 50 million a second.
People complaining about her Ult costing 0 energy are the proof of the brainless league of legends community. No energy champion Ult costs anything, everysingle one of the other 5 has a 0 energy cost it´s part of every energy champion to always have their Ult available energy wise. The most broken part of her is not even the Mobility it´s the Ult passive giving armor pen and lifesteal meaning she doesn´t have to buy Black Cleaver or Ravenous Hydra she can go purely into AD HP/Resists and Ability Haste itens, she doesn´t have to buy any sustain or penetration item cause she gets it by default and this is something that is in the champion no matter what so there´s no skill expression about it. This IS the most broken thing about her who cares about her mobility when even if she didn´t have it she could stat check you

Which two abilities? Q turns into Q2 when hitting with the edge, but seems to have a generally low cd (like Akali Q), W is a single ability with one dash and E is a signle ability with one dash that casts again when you use her passive but doesn’t let you dash again.
Kog was my favorite champ to play in season 2. When mobile tanks popped up like Zac, I couldnt stand playing a glass cannon when everything can just dash in front of your face and shatter you.
Buff Grievous Wounds. Hear me out, cranking Anti-heal over 40% or 50% might be too much since it affects healers but instead Grievous Wounds gives -25% Overall healing and 15/25% Self-Healing. It would reduce upcoming healing from healers by 25% and heals from Lifesteal/Spellvamps/Restore Health by 15/25%.
As someone who wasn’t allowed to play pc games on school night ambessa is ruby from mlbb. That game has a character that does attack on titan movement the entire game. It can get worse! Seriously though I can’t see ambessa being more slippery then Lillia probably just more annoying in lane but it likely won’t mean as much late game. At least one hopes…
I haven’t played league for a few years, but been watching worlds and thought I might give the game a go again. Then I saw this. Nope. This is just bad game design. I’m going back to DOTA, where it at least feels like the bullshit has interesting counterplay
This is just one of those champs that like 70% of the game's champions are incapable of playing against. You need to play a non skillshot(that are not huge and fast) reliant champ and a champ that does not need to kite to win a fight AND can win in trades outside of melee range. You cant balance this champ, it will either be broken or garbage with no middleground and heavily leaning to the broken side currently, the only way for this champ to be not broken is by nerfing scalings to a point where she is useless.
And when she inevitably gets her stats nerfed to a 48% winrate, you’ll see the Ambressa mains complain like “See, I am actually playing a weak champ!” No, you’re playing a champ with such a bloated kit she doesn’t deserve stats alongside then.
Tanks, bruisers, and assassins just have to do less damage. Easy solution. You never see a tank obliterating an entire enemy team like that in HoTS or DoTA. The only way to compensate is to literally give ADC so much damage they can one shot auto an assassin.

Mobility can still get higher ,be a Hwei type champ with a dash when casting skills and those skills being dashes. Hope no one in riot sees this.
