I really love these Monday mornings with Echo! I have a tendency to run a little behind on Monday mornings (shocker) and these are the perfect quick pick~me~up. Interesting movements and flows, excellent outdoor backdrops, and when they're indoors there's usually a dog which is always a bonus. Thanks so much for these, they're rad :)

I really gotta work my way up to this one! I need to lose 70 pounds to be at my goal healthy weight of 125 and phew! This had my blood pumping in my head! Had to sit down and let the pressure leave from my sinuses. Needless to say this really is detoxifying. Thank you for the inspiration!

Wow beautiful backdrop and loved it felt like a mini workout! The only thing I would change would be the lighting - it's a bit difficult to see Echo's poses because of the shade. Other than that I would definitely do this again if I had little time + wanted a good stretch/workout!

For me it’s not ok. Not for beginners.
This is not for beginners. It might frighten away those who are still learning/truly beginning. They will assume yoga is too inaccessible/difficult for the average person. There is a good chance of injury as well.

there is just one thing for beginner is child pose in that video. if you are not warm, you can injure yourself tho.
