This doesn't mean that anyone will actually be called to serve... this is ONLY registration. And in the case of a draft, the names are actually randomly picked by date of birth. No one should have to register and go to a war they never wanted be in the first place nor their family wanted.
Last time we did this we sent boys to fight in a war they were to young to understand and to young to fight in. They should of been in college or working and enjoying life and meeting people and socializing and having friendships. Many veterans has been coming back with PTSD, Physically Disabled, Mentally Disabled etc. if you allow women in the draft you will be seeing more and more women with said issues.
No one should be registering for draft. We should have a foreign legion ( our foreign legion will be used to fight wars instead of our own military ) and go back to training our civilian militias.

The real question here is not whether or not women should be drafted, but why the recruitment numbers have dropped so low in the first place. What's putting people off joining the military? That's what actually needs to be addressed.

The answer is yes. I am tired of them having the right to vote without having to pay the same price as us. Put the Equal Rights Amendment through while you're at it. When you have the right to vote and there is no negative blowback if you vote the wrong person in, you have no incentive to vote on the grounds of anything other than your feelings. Aka....not responsibly. Add the potential price of a draft in and they will vote more pragmatically.

No, I don't think women should be drafted. I think it's okay to be equal but different because we are. Men are physically stronger for example and women can create life in their bodies and they can feed the new life by the milk they produce. It's truly an amazing thing. Yes. Got to understand that women felt that they were being treated unfair in the work place with pay and promotions and a man can do this better and that. It is not practical because usually women get pregnant. Get a positive pregnancy test and you skip the draft. Plus they can get pregnant while serving which would be pretty inconvenient on the battle field. Bad idea altogether.

Why is that even a question?
Men and women are equally human but biologically very different. Women grow babies in their wombs. And we only have a limited number of years to do it. We don't plan our lives the way that men do because of that fact. Men are 10 times stronger than women, much more aggressive, and have a much higher tolerance for risk. I believe in equal rights for equal ability but in war, men have much more ability than women and many more reproductive years than women. So, no, I don't believe that women should be drafted. Women should only ever serve voluntarily.
