I tried chickpea flour. The result was very good.
如果用烤箱的話溫度和時間應該是怎樣?
没有用烤箱烤过,第一次温度应该高一点,时间可以不变,如果觉得不够上色,可以160℃刷蛋液烤多一次。

我跟着食谱做,oven 160度需要10分钟以上。 我的图案有点糊是因为压模不够大力吗?
是因为烤的时间长,里面的馅受热膨胀把花纹顶模糊了。
我今天用烤箱烤了一次,200℃烤2分钟,160℃烤5分钟,饼还没有变色,就用空气锅200℃烤了2分钟,很漂亮。我的烤箱没有风扇,可能是烤不成的主要原因。

I think they can work. Are those flours fine enough?
The corn flour I saw in some stores is actually corn starch. Youou need to buy the kind of corn flour with a little yellowish color.
