    i'll be honest, i'm a Caucasian guy from Detroit Michigan. and i was skeptical on Kibbeh when i heard what it was. But after having gave it a shot, it's one of my Favorite Appetizers. great video, clear directions! Cheers from Detroit!

      Give Al Chabab Syrian restaurant in Dearborn a try! The Kibbeh is amazing.

      It's pretty good. My buddies ma just brought some. It needs a little more spice or like a garlic sauce. Tzatziki type.

    If you live near Ann Arbor Michigan, get this from Palm Palace restaurant. It’s excellent. My buddy got me hooked on it a couple years ago I love it. Make sure to get their garlic sauce also to dip it in.

    The process of all ingredients together are perfect. But the main important factor is the lamb meat was not purely cleaned from tissues and others skins which is totally not recommendable at all . Make sure to select good meat always for doing Kibby Nayeh (Raw meat with crushed wheat) for a unique Mediterranean appetizer dish . Good Job

      Have you ever lied even once, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain, looked with lust or worse sexual sins? Then you’re not a good person in God’s eyes and in terrible danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER & EVER & EVER & EVER….). Remember God is the Holiest such that one small lie will induce his severe wrath. Good news is Jesus died on the cross so that you may receive forgiveness of AALL YOUR SINS (No matter how bad or how many). But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again, also ask Jesus to rid you of addictions that you’re struggling to shake away-James 4:7). God has blessed us with Great food to eat (kings in the past don’t eat like we do today), shelter, freedoms, fun, medicine, pets to enjoy their company, friends and many more things to enjoy. Yet we don’t give him thanks, Blaspheme his HOLY name etc God wants to give the free gift of eternal life (9999999999999999999999999… years) but we need to humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways Believe in Jesus (God isn’t asking you to get religious he wants to have a relationship with you-like a father and his children). Think about why you’re reading this message (Everything happens for a reason) Get saved today since tomorrow is not promised (not everyone lives to 80+); Enter God’s rest; God is taking desperate measures to reach you all because the time is short. Thanks for reading this message & let me know if you have any questions. ua-cam.com/video/xfLNcBeXKdY/v-deo.html

      @@tonysamsenthaikhambaoxaych8507 Right now, you are trusting in your goodness to get to heaven, but God says, “there is none God on the planet” Just because you haven’t killed someone or had premarital sex (or adultery) doesn’t make you good. Jesus says that if you lie or look with lust you’re a sinner in danger of hell fire. Why so serious? Because God is HOLY. A judge sentences someone to prison or death based on the bad he did. He may of done a million good things but the judge will not take it into consideration when sentencing him- God is described in the Bible as the ultimate Judge. But if you have Jesus as your Lawyer you will come out guilt free and given Heaven instead how loving is that.

      My first experience with kibbeh nayeh was my BFF’s grandmother making it when I was little. She used ground round or ground chuck. I ate it to be polite but I did not like it. As an adult, I LOVE it! It might be because what I eat now is lamb or maybe my tastes have just changed. My suggestion: try the lamb. Note: I‘m not a huge fan of cooked lamb. I will eat it to be polite but I never order it.

      Gil they used to make mince the meat in a special mechanism with blades that is rotated by hand and minces the meat. Of course, for this recipe, fresh meat that is just loaded in the morning in the market, or just butchered in the morning is recommended since its fully fresh and not much impurities are there.

    • @radarleb
      @radarleb 6 років тому +2

      Gil They used a giant version of the mortar and pestle. Some people still make it the old fashioned way. They’d pound a little of the meat and as it got smooth they’d add a bit more. Quite a treat to eat kibbeh from the “jeren”.
