@Kathy Z and Kathy should be spelled Cathy, why are you spelling it incorrectly? Just kidding, I am imitating your pedantic comment.
FYI the Arabic language is spelled phonetically, so the letters can change depending on the dialect. Thus, it can be difficult for foreigners to spell in English.
Just curious, why do you feel the need to be the grammar police? Why did you feel like it's necessary to respond to a two/three year old comment to correct the spelling?
Only bothering you with my worthless comment to show you what it feels like. Tired of thoughtless jerks running amuck. Hope you've changed over the last eight months.
      Cheers to zombie commenting!

I was born in Lebanon, I cooked it many times and I repeat, THIS IS NOT THE LEBANESE WAY, it is the Jordanian recipe.
      Note the following:
      1. We saute a small diced onion before we salute the garlic and cilantro
      2. We remove the chicken skin, never included after boiling it.
      3. We do NOT put the chicken in the Moulokiah, we layer the pita toasted, the rice, the moulokiah, the deboned, skin removed and separated chicken the we add onions with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar on top. THIS IS THE LEBANESE WAY, NOT YOURS, SORRY!!!!
