  • This quick neurological warm-up is mind and body exercise to coordinate two sides of the body and two hemispheres of brain for balance. This Awareness Through Movement® lesson works with diagonal lines with fascial movement - and the more awareness you use with the movements, the better it works! Based on Feldenkrais Method®, Annie Thoe uses this guided mind body balance practice to improve balance and coordination using Awareness through Movement. Help for aligning your body for walking, running, yoga and sports-- as well as for healing joints and ligaments, healing ankle sprain, hip, low back and knee injuries. Also very helpful balance exercises for stroke patients and stroke recovery exercises and brain injury recovery.
Many of the lessons in these videos are short excerpts taken from lessons in her online classes on Patreon which have new nature awareness themes each month.

I love these short videos, if you can't do them right away, they are easy to remember and do later. These small doses have given me a lot of good results in my balance, strengthening ligaments, stretching. THANKS.

We think that we should do difficult and hard things to have a good result. But our bodies are so generous that they respond much more to even a little effort we spend

@@sulegonen5612 so well said! Thanks for this comment-- yes, our bodies are generous. I often feel like the most beloved, loyal dog-- that would do anything for us, especially when we are kind and listen...
