I am using this formula to figure how many days it takes us to to get a quote out to clients--so for example--a client sends us a quote request on Monday, and we get it to them Wednesday--we don't want to count Monday--just Tuesday and Wednesday--how do I do that?

I'm a big fan of Excel....and still using 2007 but I love it and the limited functions there...challenging my creativity, math and logic in nesting various applicable functions to build efficient systems helping me with my freelance accounting work.
