✅ In this video you will learn how to use the IF AND OR function combination in Excel with multiple conditions.
This step-by-step Excel tutorial will show you how to use the IF function together with AND function or OR function in Excel 2019 in a variety of different combinations and with two or more conditions.
Based on the classic Excel IF formula, we will first next the AND function as well as the OR function to create IF AND OR formula to test if all of the tested conditions are true.
Second, we will extend the IF function in Excel and next OR formula and the AND formula to create IF OR AND function combination in Excel to test if at least one of several conditions is true.

I’m trying to create a formula to count (text) in (different rows that are separate) if (text b) is (text c). Having issues getting it to allow me to run the multiple pairs of ranges. Any tips would be awesome

Hi i want to know that weather a formula could be constructed for (if two cells has a combination of values matching in a different range (fixed range cells) then it should take the value in the next near cell of the matching values?) what logical functions we have to use for this? If and Find or what?
If annual salary 500001 to 1000000 than LTA pay 15000 yearly and monthly 15000/12 and 1000001 to 1500000 than LTA paid 20000 yearly and monthly 20000/12 so how to put formula in both case in one single cell

Hello , Can we make a one equation for multi conditions like the following :-
- if someone have data within a couple of months (date of visit - weight- a score)
we need to find out if he acheived this score or no within 30 days
OR if his weight decreased by a specific percentage within 30 days
Thank you for the information sir. I would like to see if there is a way to apply the same method for several columns? I have a sheet where I input my monthly expenses and I separated it by months. So each month has it's own expenses in different column. Is there a way to get a sum for a specific expense, let say (GAS)? I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Other wise the way I do it now I get a sum for each month and then add up all those numbers to get a sum of all. That's taking a long time to put the same equation for each month over and over again. =SUMIF(A3:A25,"*"&AI5&"*",B3:B25)+SUMIF(C3:C25,"*"&AI5&"*",D3:D25) - this is what I use. but I have to do it for 12 months. Is there a shortcut for achieving the same result?

Excellent tutorial. Would you please do a video where you can create a formula that deals with time? If the time is between 6 o'clock and 7 o'clock display a1. If it is between 7:01 and 8:00 display a 2. If it is between 8:01 and 9?:00 display a 3. What I cannot seem to figure out is the 3 condition. I can figure out how to do 2 of them but not the third. I actually need to do a 4th one for my project but if you can show me 3 I am pretty sure I can do the 4th time period. Thank you in advance.

Wonderful video! I am not sure, but this may be the answer to what I am trying to create. I am trying a somewhat unique way of laying out an Excel checkbook register. I would like both my debits and credits in a single column and have the values in that column automatically format to negative or positive depending on the transaction type. I would have a transaction type column with a drop-down of Withdrawal, Deposit, Transfer_Out, Transfer_In. The Deposits and Transfer_In would be positive; and the Withdrawals and Transfer_Out would be negative. There is also a running balance column. I could e-mail you a sample file if there is a way to build this. Many Thanks in Advance!

I just don't seem to figure out how to use this is my problem. > I want to divide a merged cell B1:B3 to get the share value for each A1, A2, A3 in row C1, C2, C3. It becomes complicated when there are cells that are not merged, (value in B4=value in C4), and sometimes merged cells are 2 to 6 cells. So, if 6 cells in B are merged, what is 6 rows in A share value in each 6 rows in C? I hope you can discuss this in your future videos. Thank you so much!!

What if two columns will be interpreted. please help me only two columns to come up with interpretation
Ex. c1 is frustration and e1 is instructional- the interpretation is frustration
if c1 is instructional and e1 is independent- the interpretation is instructional
