At first the nails were annoying and I thought “this cannot work” however by the end of the video…. I wasn’t quite able to stop listening; but by the end of the video I wasn’t asleep because I’m I. A lot of pain with rheumatoid arthritis so it’s definitely hard to sleep. But I WAS quite relaxed and definitely surprised by how relaxed I was. So gonna watch more of her stuff. Her voice is soothing and I understood the nails and the purpose by the end. I would D/c the whole lavender thing unless the viewer actually has lavender available to use. The highest quality therapeutic level essential oils are made by a company called Young Living essential oils. At least that’s the best quality I have found and yes they are expensive but worth it. Highest quality, cold distilled and the plants are grown by the company for all oils. That means you can use less than other oils that are not the same quality but less expensive. So that justifies the expense for me. And NO if you’re wondering, I don’t sell the oils. Haha
