Could you shed some light on ECT, other forms of therapies like DBT, are they provided by psychiatrists in private practice and do they increase the scope of earning compared to just clinic work? I finished my internship posting in psychiatry but didn't get to see these things, although we read them so commonly in our books

Dear doctor ..I have a problem .what feel is correct. What I think is correct . What i thought is corect. Why depend on others. World is corect.why corect is changing. What is I? ,why is it temporary .why people fear each other and society. People are inteligent.
